U.S. Bank Branch

Surprised at all the negative reviews for this US Bank branch; our dealings with the inside staff have always been clean and helpful, usually with no wait longer than needed to handle the number of clients in line. I'd personally give the branch a 5-star rating (and I'm a 27-year former employee of a different bank).

what a great experience I just had at this branch. WOW! great staff, and super friendly. The Manager Mike is always cheerful and willing to help. So refreshing to have a great service and a warm environment with a friendly staff to bank with.

I agree with everyone else. The gentleman has specifically bad customer service. I gave the ATM 5 stars.

Friendly staff. I opened my account 7 years ago when I lived in the area, I went in today and the friendly service hasn’t changed.

Amazing experiences every time I'm there

I had many good experiences at this location until the gentleman they hired recently. He has consistently poor customer service, and his mind set seems to be "I can't do this" rather than "this is what I can do" etc. Things as simple as change orders seem like a hassle. I'm not unreasonable, I understand if change isn't available/long wait times/ typical business issues. I just expect a good attitude and reasonable customer service, and those are not provided when he is the teller I work with.

Luckily the manager at this location is great, as are all the other tellers I work with.

Pros: the branch is located near Crossroads Mall building which make it a very popular bank in this area. Easy to access and has drive-through lines.
Cons: there is no notary option in the branch and the closest one is in downtown Bellevue. Also, expect to wait in the line for over 10 mins .

I had issues with a hold on my account and was taken around in circles on the matter instead of being given solid responses on the way forwards. The customer experience was wanting and I ended up closing the account

Took an hour at the branch for getting a payoff letter for my auto loan.
There is nothing I had to do, just sit and wait.

This bank is the most ridiculous USbank I've ever been too. I went there trying to cash my check and they said cannot cash it. Cause they cannot verify it because I'm not a usbank customer. Keep in mind the check bank is usbank. The manager ,he try tell me there's a different when cash a check as a non member is a different service system. Most ridiculous thing i ever heard. As if i never cash a check at usbank before. Walking out I call the company that issued the check and he said it's a valid check. I just received this morning from ups. And I was able to check it at a different usbank.
Most useless people here, judgements and poor excuses. Never come to this bank branch!

Don’t recommend .
Went here before to break $100 into twenties or tens with no problem .

Today (4/13) however they will not simply because I don’t have an account with them .
Have never dealt with any bank that wouldn’t break a larger bill unless you open a checking account with them .

Very rude teller , I came in asked her nicely and was shut down like a child .

Absolutely horrible customer service. I can’t recommend enough to not use this branch if possible. We recently had an issue with a freeze on our account. The issue was handled by the branch manager, Nisha, and could not have been handled more poorly. We have been with US Bank for 8+ years and will now definitely be switching banks.

Awful, came with 89 year old grampa to unfreeze his debit card. Manager called fraud department, person who locked account wasn’t available, so she just gave us phone number of that employee and sent us on our way to deal with it on our own. Honestly I was so stunned that I didn’t even say anything.
How it is that in huge bank there is one person who can unlock frozen account and why there is no one to take place while that person is away.
I’m seriously thinking to take grampas business to Chase as I had same problem and with verification my card was unlocked with total of 15 min at the bank.

The staff here do not have the least bit of an idea as to what customer service is. They are rude and totally unhelpful. This branch has made me move away from UU Bank

Terrible, the drive through atm gets stuck and wont give the card back, so you park there and when you bang on the door to ask for help 15 min before they open, the tough guy manager threaten's to call the cops, gives you a hard time, doesn't help except he shoves a business card throught the door crack.
What am I supposed to do? Park in front of the atm? Let the next customer have my card when it finally starts working? If you know there is a problem, fix it!

Customer is always right, no matter how he talks or acts, your job is to help.
