Just be aware you have to get a safety card check before walking out the bike. Can't walk out the store without the safety check

Purchased shoes thru the online store.They were severely used.

I went into the the Crossroads location and was fortunate to work with Lizette. She processed the return and helped us order a replacement. My wife and I were very impressed by her professionalism and prompt customer service.

Will definitely be coming back to this location.

I went into this location looking for something very specific. Not only was Philito very nice but incredibly helpful. Even helped wheel out the 100lb boxing bag with a hand truck making nice conversation the whole time. I hope he’s appreciated for all of his kind work and great customer service. Salamat Philito

Staff were very helpful. Prices aren't exactly cheap, but they tend to have what you're looking for in most instances. There are occasional clearance racks with good merchandise and deals. Well laid out and in order.

I had a golf club fitting with Don. He was super helpful and a real gentleman. He was great to work with and I ended up ordering a new Taylor Made Stealth driver. Thanks Don, you are a real asset to that store. Shane

John at Bellevue helped my husband out with his purchase. My husband came in a few days prior and walked out after having horrible service from a staff member. He decided to come back and met with John who was extremely helpful/knowledgeable and friendly. My husband not only purchased the item he came for but additional items as well. Thank you!

Lots of options and plenty of everything.

They have a lot of inventory, lots of life vest options, and clothing options we were looking for. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

Went to buy another set of nice workout pants made by Under Armour. Got gray, blue, & black. Perfect and I got the same young lady to help me find what I wanted both times very quickly. She knew where it was and they had just changed the entire display. Great job!

5 stars because they are here in the community of Crossroads in Bellevue providing close proximity options and competition to other sporting goods shop - that are farther.
Also being a newly built establishment is a why a 5star rating.

But, customer service is 2-4 stara ony...
as with all other stores you come in on any other day... there are customer agents that almost dont want to work and don't even wanna be there with you for assistance. As if you know the layout of the shop, know the items they have or not, the stocks, etc. That they just pass by you after a not-meant "hello! How are you?" Greetings.
Price is somewhat overly marked up on some items that are not available in other nearby stores. As I've noticed and experienced.

I really enjoyed my visit to this store, but especially because of one employee. Farris was a fantastic employee who was kind and showed me upmost respect. 5/5 would come again!

Salesman was prompt friendly and helpful. Got two pair of shoes for a hundred forty bucks and one of them was a pair of work boots that was a hundred plus I got some tennis balls for my dog great experience highly recommended.

Jay and Angel in the shoe department were excellent! They didn’t have the shoe I was looking for in that location, but they worked to find the correct size, color, and type at the nearest location, both with a great attitude and very friendly customer service!

Isaiah at the Crossroads store went above and beyond to help us with a complicated return and order a replacement!

Jeremy was a great helping finding the right bike. They have a really good selection of bikes and jeremy helped pick the right sized one with right features for us.
