I am in love of all the knowledgeable and polite staffs here in this store. If you ask them about any recommendations based on age group, they suggested the best and I ended up buying more than 2 books. I am so glad I came to this store. Specially Lisa was wonderful on helping out by suggesting best seller, award winners books, going in details for different categories for the group. Thank you again! Will highly recommend this store. Smaller than I expected but the lady asking if I needed assistance was super pleasant. Gave me a good recommendation too…I’d hoped to get a coffee and cookie but they did not have a beverage store…probably because it’s in a mall…which I also did not know ahead of time. I also had a good chat with a random stranger waiting for his family at the store. All around a good day browsing the book shelves.

I adore the amount of manga they have! and how lively yhe place geels. The community really uses it. You can fibd families, friends and all types all golks just browsing through the catalog. The staff is polite and the atmosphere welcoming.

This location is smaller than most other Barnes and Nobles, but it still retained a good collection of books from all sorts of topics.

Nice new location of Barnes & Noble. The staff told us that everything was brand new. We found a lot of books and games for kids. Nice place to shop for gifts for children.

Nice to see B&N back with their usual extensive inventory in a newly designed space (See WSJ interview w/new CEO, a former indie bookstore owner) Great signage, space to walk around, smaller, more focused displays and still a few comfy chairs to relax and peruse before buying. Alert, knowledgeable staff. Entries from inside the Crossroads mall as well as from the adjacent parking lot.

I really want to keep Barnes and Nobles in crossroads. I try to buy books from here rather than online even when the price is higher. In order to keep the physical offline store, they have to be profitable.

I thought about bending the cover of a book a little bit but in the end my arms are broken so I couldn't and no I'm not lying

While this location is a little smaller than others, it's a nice addition to the Crossroads Mall. The store is emaculate and the employees are really nice and go above and beyond to help you find a good read. I appreciate that they have sections carved out for local books, as well as an extra section for staff picks.

Very curated, loungy, open layout. They have exclusive book editions, vinyl, and mall access.
