Very nice store I always go to pick candy for the kids with other things, the lady owner of the store is very kind she gave my two kids two big decorated filled balloons free! she make their days, and she gave me hope that kind people do still exist!

The employees at this store are ANGELS. I came in a huge rush for a large welcome home helium balloon and USA marching band costume pieces to pick up family visiting from Australia. I am so sad I don't know the woman's name who assisted me, but she took me straight to the right sections, and had the balloon blown up in less than 2 minutes while I gathered the rest of my items! She was so wonderful and I hope she knows how grateful I am for her help and support, it made my day and meant the absolute world to me!! All my love to the people of this Party City for making joyous celebrations and dreams come true!

Typically I do my best to avoid Party City, mostly because I have only been to the one in Tukwila thats always a mess but this Bellevue location is so different! It is so clean and INCREDIBLY organized - i dont know if i have seen any store this neat let alone a party city! Kimberly helped me multiple times find things I needed and helped me brainstorm for different ideas. She is the best! She truly went above and beyond to help me and you can definitely tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her store. If you ask me she should be running all of the stores!

Great place to shop for birthday and party supplies. Love their costume collections. During Halloween shopping they hired more and even checkout was super fast.

I had the best customer service from this store today that I've had anywhere in a long time. I ordered a bouquet of balloons online yesterday, and was worried that they didn't have high float as an option online (and I didn't have time to call the store.) I picked up the balloons yesterday afternoon, and was super disappointed that none of the latex balloons were floating this morning- just lying sadly on the floor.

I submitted a survey response online with this feedback, and immediately got an email directly from the store both offering to deliver new latex balloons today, and refund the cost of them. Within 3 hours of submitting the survey, I had brand new latex balloons hand-delivered. I was amazed at this response! Thanks Party City Bellevue- I'll definitely be a returning customer!!

Christian was excellent help when it came to party ideas. He was helpful, kind and answered all our questions. We explained we had shopped earlier at Party City in Woodinville where the help was deplorable. The older woman was grumpy & acted as if we were not worthy of her help, and seemed to interfere with her restocking shelves. Christian is a true asset to Bellevue Party City

Great Job and thanks Kayla, David and Josh. They did a wonderful job for preparing a gender reveal box with Led Balloons and the gender sign. Though it was a huge box, these guys decorated it so well. My sister and brother-in-law loved the surprise. Thanks again guys.

Chris was so very helpful when putting together a Make-A-Wish presentation for a kiddo going to DisneyWorld! A wonderful balloon bouquet and some Disney themed gifts! It was a super busy time during graduations and Chris made it happen!! So grateful for his assistance ☺

Absolutely wonderful store, everytime I come in I am welcomed immediately the workers are very friendly and professional, the store it's self is super clean and it's so easy to find what you're looking for. We have great visits to this store always things for little guy to play with whether we're buying or not! Love it!

Staff are nice! I wish customers would stop being awful and leaving stuff they pick up off shelves all over the floor. There's only so much staff can do when folks are making messes without any regard to others.

Anyway great store, great staff, okay prices.

They almost had all sorts of decorations for a party. It's worked out pretty well.

I had a GREAT experience at The Party City in Bellevue. The younger kids that were working were knowledgeable, polite, and worked well together. I didn't have to wait long like I have in the past at other party cities. I WILL come back for my party needs.

Visited Party City's Bellevue Crossroads store looking for theme items for my kid's birthday. The store had a large collection of items and had most items we needed. They allowed ordering Helium baloons ahead of time which was an added plus. They also had tons of stuff for Halloween

There is a manager at this location that is beyond amazing... By the name of Paul I lost my receipt so I hope he gets these bomb. Com point....... Literally went out of his way 3TIME$... For my son's 8th 8... Thank you so much..

I am giving it a 5star just because of the amazing staff namely Mobina. I mean it was a busy period because of prom, i was totally confused on how to pick my daughter's 16th birthday balloons. While the other 3 ladies were under pressure and looked frustrated Mobina was calm and collected and took time to explain to us how to go about picking up the balloons what would have taken us 40mins wait time only took 5mins or less. Mobina is an acsset to Party City and she is the reason I will be a returning customer.😁

Great place to get party supplies. They have great customer service. Party city also has an array of fun supplies. Balloon crazy. Love it there.
