SPA CHI foot care & Massage

One of the best foot massages I’ve ever had. Emma is great! Will be back. They also have a dog with a vest on. That’s a first for me in a foot massage place! The dog was really lazy. After the foot massage so was I!

There are many places to get a massage in Odessa, this is the best, Linda is licensed and professional I walk away completely relaxed thank you and see you next week

The store is very clean and tidy, and it feels very comfortable. The technicians are very good in their service, and they are very enthusiastic. If you fall in love with this place, you will come again

Love this place Judy is the best.

It was ok. The girl doing the massage kept texting and using only 1 hand then kept leaving the room to greet the customers coming in, cutting in on my time . Then pushed for tip. Not impressed.

Did not have the best of experiences this last visit. I feel like the lady was new, I’ve had many massages & certain muscles weren’t touched at all. I felt rushed afterwards putting my necklace & shoes back on. Then the lady had the audacity to ask for a tip.

Very awkward and not at all relaxing. My husband made us appointments the day before and when we arrived there were no massage therapists on site, they had to be called in. We were told to undress and wait in the rooms, where I was left awkwardly for close to 10 minutes. The walls didn’t reach the ceiling, the door wasn’t closed completely, and you could hear not only everything from the next room but everything in the whole suite. The massage was in no way relaxing but more like a sports massage. When we went to leave we were told we had to tip, not asked.

They definitely need more staff. Massage therapist had to stop several times to check people in. This happened like 5x. Before this visit I had great experiences this was the only issue they need to have a receptionist

They should have more people working, she kept stopping to help others…and using phone while giving me massage….not relaxing at all

I went for the full body massage and the lady mainly did my back … and it wasn’t all that. I asked if she could do my legs, she actually as if she didn’t comprehend telling me about the tension in my back. I understand but I want my legs rubbed? I’m outta town for work and I came here to relax and really wasn’t able to enjoy the entire session.

Not to mention me having to ask her to get off her phone in the first ten min. I’m so disappointed I’m trying a different place today

Worst massage I've ever had. Kept getting interrupted as new people came in and the person giving the massage would go to help them. It was very distracting and not at all relaxing.

Woman kept falling asleep when massaging my feet.
