Super quick and easy. Friendly staff and a clean store. Soooooooo much better than going into Walmart and better than when I’d gone into Costco in the past at least crowd wise

Thos is bulk heaven. Best staff of any Sam's club in Continental US. Cheyenne was so personable on pickup. Gas station Mgr helps emwth my app. All smikes

Always have what I need! Especially if I don't want to grocery shop for a while they carry bulk:)my mama loves that they carry IBC root beer in bulk at the Sam's in odessa

My order was missing for 2 days due to my order being lost in the system and my card had already been charged. Upon numerous calls, I finally was able to speak to the store manager & he made it right immediately.
And thank you to David for being so awesome and making sure my family and I were taken care of.

Love this place, I think I always go at a good time because it's never hectic! The only complaint I have is those people that sit next to the electronics try to sell you electricity from Gaynes Marketing. So annoying!

Very friendly and informative associates when I went inside, and I even tried their pickup system this time! It was very fast! I had my order brought to my car within 5 minutes of notification!

I have fallen in love with the Scan n Go app. So easy to use and works flawlessly...just make sure your phone battery is charged. LOL Breeze right through. No check-out lines! Now I have discovered pre-ordering and pick up when buying bulky and heavy items. Oh what a back saver! I only have to unload once at home. I love Sams Club.

only had 3 gas pumps open long fuel lines 2.95 gallon worth the wait.

I use the scan & go and love it! It makes shopping so easy. And I can browse or just go in for what I want and leave. The only line I stand in is the one to leave the store. Definitely makes the busy shopping seasons or days faster.
I love their new seasonal products. They have unique things to browse. And the clothes are good quality at a cheap price.

They have the shop and go app that makes it painless for a few items, or more. No alcohol though. We love this store, if you are a business the early hours are awesome, coffee waiting for you at door. The pick up of an online order could be a little faster but it was okay. Scan and go is quicker for me though. Peak hours are always busy but to be expected I still usually get in and out pretty quickly. Store is always clean. Everyone is very nice and helpful if needed. They keep things running efficiently

I enjoy shopping at Sam's Club. Like everywhere, you have to watch the prices. The rotisserie chicken is still under $5/each. Also like skipping the lines with Sam's Club scan and go app!

I love shopping there in store because they always have "one time only" items that you don't see online. I also have the scanner app which I have had for over two years and it's awesome to use. The employees are so helpful and friendly also.

What can I say? Sam's never fails me. Always has what I want. Always has a certain energy I like. I always enjoy shopping there. The only thing I don't like is when customers wait impatiently behind you while you do your business at checkout.

I have recently started to shop a lot more at Sam's Club, and now I'm wondering why I haven't shopped more often there before. The shopping in bulk idea would have been very helpful with my big family. So it really helps when you spend more at first but over time it turns out to be cheaper with more items still being at home and not running out sooner. The membership is also a good bonus when you shop often in store or purchase their gas.

Good Place to buy Food and Stock up if needed, also Vehicle accessories, Furniture and so forth.

Awesome! I love using the Sam’s app to pay for fuel. I always encounter pump issues at convenience stores and never here. The on-site attendant keeps the pumps and trash bins maintained. I can’t stand driving up to a pump and seeing trash overflow.

I was traveling through and had some vibrations from the back of my truck. Pulled into Sam's and the guys were right on getting my tires rebalanced. Thanks 👍

Sams seems to have solved their fuel pump woes, back to the lowest gas prices in town. Best meat quality in town, lowest price varies with heb. Overall, we do lots of business here, and all of our pharmacy business

It was great there a lady at Odessa Texas Sam she was very helpful her name is Consuelo every time I am in there she so helpful
