F45 Training Ponderosa West

I rarely right review but This is hands-down, the best F 45 ever. I have been to now four different F45 locations in Texas and Alabama and none of them come close to the staff at this place. They are extremely encouraging and motivating and literally know every single person in the class his name. A must join!

F45 Ponderosawest has been a game changer in my life. The atmosphere, coaching staff, and all of its members has pushed me in new ways. With the help of F45, I lost 40 lbs and have maintained that lose. Give this place a shot, you won’t regret it!

Don’t think about it just do it! It really is life changing. I joined F45 about a year ago and it’s been one of the best decisions I could have made for myself. I’ve never felt stronger and healthier than I do now. Each day is a different and challenging workout. It feels so rewarding to get through each workout. Not only are the classes fun but there’s also amazing trainers that push and encourage you to reach goals you never thought you could reach. It’s such an encouraging and friendly atmosphere. So I suggest you give it a try! It'll change your life.!

If you are looking for a great workout you need to join F45! It’s different everyday and you are in and out in 45 min with an amazing workout with amazing coaches! I’m so glad I joined when I did! It’s the best group fitness classes around! 💙❤💙❤

After the trial week I was hooked!

I’ve tired all the different types of gyms, workout classes, and trainings and F45 is by far my favorite. It’s quick and effective and the workouts are always changing so I never get bored.

The people are friendly and inclusive; I felt like part of the F45 family immediately.

OMG!!! I can’t even explain how much I love this place. I signed up for the trial and went, and the very first thing I noticed was the community of amazing people, how welcoming it is, how friendly everyone is, and how encouraging they are. I’m not just talking about the trainers, but also everyone who works out there. I moved to Odessa a few months ago and as weird as it sounds, F45 is the first thing that felt like home!! It’s like everyone is a family there.

The trainers are incredible, the workouts kick my butt and are always different, the music is awesome...I can’t say enough. I was deterred at first because of the price (not gonna lie), but after experiencing it, it was SO worth figuring it out and making it work to keep going!

All of the coaches are so kind and motivating. They help you if you are a beginner and need to make the moves a little easier or if you’re advanced and they can make the moves a little harder. The atmosphere is great and everyone motivates each other. Best workout facility I’ve ever been to.

Love, love, love F45! The workouts are fun, always changing, and challenging. The coaches are always encouraging; they help you with form, modifications and challenges. This gym is great!!! Fun people and fun atmosphere!!!! If you don’t have a lot of experience working out or don’t know where to start..then I highly recommend F45!! Just GO!!!! Trainers are very helpful and people are motivating!!! These workouts will whip you into shape in no time!!

This place has helped me grow so much. I’ve worked out my whole life but needed to change it up and push myself more. The coaches are amazing. Kevin has been with me since the beginning and knows when to push me, when I need help, and laughs with me. Highly recommend F45 Ponderosa West.

Great facility great staff , they push you to the extreme but also make it comfortable enough for you ! I needed a gym to workout at and found this and was the best I ever experienced because this what exactly I wanted and need , someone teaching me the how to exercise the correct way and also making you push to the limit and not give up

Love this place! Started almost 2 years ago with bad nerve pain in legs from back surgeries. This has helped me get stronger and not hurt anymore.

I can do box jumps now and I am stronger than I was in college 20 years ago!!

F45 is the biggest Life changing group i have ever been a part of.. I extremely recommend it to anyone and the Trainers are always on point with tons of positive energy.
