Hacienda Guadalajara

The wife and I are visiting family out here, and wanted to find a good Mexican restaurant. My wife is Mexican and is very demanding of Mexican restaurants! Thus place is one of the best Mexican restaurants we have been to in a long time. The salsa was simply AMAZING, and my arroz con Pollo was delicious. Also, the horchata was fresh and tasted great. If we ever come back to the Seattle area, we will definitely stop in for another meal.

Great team and staff.
Overall good quality food and drinks.
Price is medium-high for drinks/cocktails.

They give you complimentary chips/salsa and bean which is one of the reasons I visit this place.

Overall authentic Mexican restaurant.

Excellent Service and Table Fare in a relaxed ambiance that provides a more authentic Mexican feel at a far from breaking the Bank cost!
Be aware... if you think Taco Time or Taco Bell are authentic Mexican food prepare to be enlightened. Even the complimentary Salsa and Tortilla Chips were surprisingly good, exceeding all others I have had.
Their Beer, Wine and Spirits Menu compliments their food menu.

It was lovely authentic Mexican restaurant find we had in Woodenville. We just happened to visit here for food when we were past 9 pm and we couldn't find any other good restaurants open at that hour. Glad we came here.

Veggie fajita was at its best and ordered Arroz Con Pollo. It was too much filling and delicious at the same time. I must mention about the 2 types of salsa they gave with tortilla chips. It was spicy and went well even with Arroz Con Pollo. I recommend this Mexican restaurant in this vicinity!

Been here several times when it was Mi Tierra!
Dined al fresco in the cold. Was told they just started dining out and was not prepared. I get it! But, one would think to be prepared for it especially a business! Have heaters set up, at least? Perhaps a business planning oversight? A group of patrons were smart and brought blankets probably conveniently stowed in their vehicle!

Great time! Food was delicious. Queso dip was bomb. Husband got a mango margarita and said it was fantastic! They were very accommodating, especially with my 1 yr old. Brought him extra slices of oranges to munch on. On top of refills and great service!

Friendly service, great atmosphere, and delicious food. The portions were very generous too and my kids, who are picky eaters ate everything on their plates! Carne Asada was perfectly cooked and their horchata beverage was not too sweet and the perfect hint of cinnamon!

Quesadilla Maya with steak! The quesadilla Maya with skirt steak has consistently had a nice blend of cheeses, nicely grilled meat, sautéed mushrooms. This is my go to dish when I feel the need to eat something special.

Seating is quicker in the back bar area. The bar area is larger than the main dining area. There are TVs with sports. The drinks are okay. Bar seating area’s chips and salsa come with some refried beans.

I will return for more Quesadilla Maya with steak.

Quite good! Portions are large, but every bite is delicious!! Last time, I got the queso, and it was just amazing. The Guadalajara burrito is my go to, and the taste is just immaculate! Absolutely would recommend further.

Food was amazing! Great customer service ! Treated us kindly when we asked to do modifications for the food!! The money is worth it! Would definitely come back :) big plates that made me full in minutes 🇲🇽

Awesome experience! I go here all the time with my family, and I’ve tried multiple things on the menu—loved them all! Celebrated a birthday party last time with my family, great friendly service for the occasion, and nice singing to celebrate. I ate a bean and cheese burrito this time.

This place is great. I always get the Chile rellenos when I try a new place, and this place did them really well. The hot chips were fantastic. Service was fast and friendly.

Excellent food!! They make their tortillas fresh and perfectly! The servings were huge and traded great. There was a decent crowd when we got there _ Saturday night - but we had our food in 15 minutes - amazing. Not that we waited hungry - the bottomless tortilla chips with 2 salsas and guacamole kept our hunger at bay. Very nice service from very friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

Pro tip - the home made tamale was delicious and a inexpensive side dish! Yum 😋

We love this place. The pollo asado is soo delicious and the special sauce they serve with it...yumm, no words. Plus the ultimate margarita is a must.

I've been a patron of this restaurant since I was a child, and through all the name changes, the amazing food has remained awesome, the atmosphere wonderful and the staff fantastic! Now, my kids love this restaurant as much as I do! I love seeing some of the faces that have been there since I toddled around the tables. I do miss when someone ordered a burger, the server would walk through the entire restaurant loudly announcing that someone had ordered a burger lol ~ that was decades ago, but will forever be a fond memory 💕
EAT HERE ~ IT'S AMAZING!!!!!!

I had the most amazing burrito! Pork Verde, rice and beans inside, and enchilada sauce on top. It was fantastic!

Today was the first time I learned I could ask for mild or hot salsa.

Everyone had such large servings that they had something to take home.

This is my go-to place whether I am craving authentic or Americanized Mexican food. The offerings for both are deep on the menu. Absolutely wonderful!

Fun family style Mexican restaurant. We got the pork fajitas and the portions were hugeeeee. You will not leave hungry here.

Authentic food and reasonable prices, will come back when in the area.
