AT&T Store

I got a new phone recently at your Woodinville location and the manager Oleysa was amazing! I had a horrible experience the last time I had to switch data to a new phone and I was dreading the process but she was so efficient and so helpful. While we waited for the data to txfr, I watched her help several other customers and she was professional and efficient with them too. She is a definite asset to AT&T!

Olesya was amazing today. She worked through an issue AT&T created with my service plan. She was thoughtful, patient and very caring. I wish all AT&T employees from the tippy top down would have the customer service that Olesya had for me.

Oz was amazing and gave us super fantastic customer service! He is very Knowledgeable and friendly, go see him!

We got a new phone at the Woodinville at+t store . Our rep was OZ and he was incredible patient and persistent. He navigated some difficult and time consuming issues and did them with professionalism. Kudos to Oz.

I went to Woodinville AT&T store and was very impressed with the service I received from Mary!! She made what was a very difficult transfer less complicated. I had messed up and she was very adept at fixing it. Her customer service is the absolute best. I hope to be able to continue working with her on any other issues I may have or purchases etc. Thank you Mary for being so qualified and friendly, so hard to find these days.

It was my first time at this store. The place was busy but the staff was on it. Within 20 minutes Olesya helped me to upgrade my phone and pick the right accessories for it. Highly recommend location. Ask for Olesya, she is great!

The AT&T store in Woodinville next to Barnes & Noble is Absolutely awesome. First time my wife and I came in Mary was very helpful and very patient. then, the next day I came in, and Olesya was an all-Star, Olesya helped me navigate getting the right phone for my exact needs and I was very impressed with her customer service and her ability to multitask. Like I said she is a superstar. I would also like to give a shout out to Wade very nice man very pleasant. If you have any questions or need any guidance with the right phone to fit your needs, I would highly recommend the AT&T store in Woodinville. They are some good people.

Went to att store in Woodinville today because my phone was broken, not only Olesya provided excellent customer but she took the time to make sure I got all my data transferred to my new phone. Definitely will be coming to this location from now on.

Wade provided excellent customer service and gave me everything I asked for. David McKeever at Totem Lake store should ask Wade how to decline protection plan for a customer.

Robby was the man at AT&T. He hooked me up and set up my new Iphone. He is a Tech master. Even saw him fix other customers watches!

So much more helpful than talking to customer service or tech support on the phone!! After 3 hours--in 3 separate calls, staff were able to fix my issue in 5 minutes.
