I went in for some products and Jake was super helpful and friendly. I was looking for a particular product he didn't have in stock, but he was able to recommend a similar product he had that was cheaper and was better overall for what I was looking for. This is a little out of my way, but I will be visiting this GNC more regularly.

Jake does an incredible job helping customers. He listens and doesn't push product.

Accessible, kind and wicked smart - (Couldn’t recommend this place any more!) Jake is without a doubt one of the most knowledgeable, kind, accessible and scientifically focused rep I’ve ever met (and I’ve got a BS in biomedical science). Cutting out the fluff and knowing the gap between natty and not, Jake was so well in depth that he can talk about the digestive absorption of different proteins for best results. What a legend! Not only that he was exceptionally accessible and thoughtful in his questions and advice. I have a few non lifters in my life and I want them to come here and get his advice and his help in getting their supplements, Health and diet on track. Keep doing what you’re doing and thank you for your expertise in your field and kindness in how you engage people.

Wow, just left this place and Jake was amazing.
A lot of GNC I have been to in California had horrible reviews and the staff where never knowledgeable.
Jake was amazing, studied this in school, was extremely knowledgeable, and informative.
The classical music playing in the store made for a wonderful atmosphere.
We definitely felt taken care of and will definitely be back in to see Jake.

Can’t say enough about this location. Been in multiple times, but today ran into Jake the GM/owner (?) and had a lengthy conversation about nutrition and fitness. He gave me some awesome insight and to top it off free samples to try. Definitely going to be my go to from now on!!

Jake is the "go to" person for super service. He can finish any question with, "Yes. It's over here. And you get 50% off the second bottle." He anticipates your thoughts and brings you right over to what you are looking for. Save time and money. Ask for Jake in the Woodinville store.

Wow, just wow. I am so impressed by this store and the man working there. I do not know his name but he was spot on with information. He was super friendly, very informative. he knew the answers to literally ALL my 100 questions. I was looking for a specific product he knew exactly what it was what it did the benefits and other information too. he did not have what i needed and sent me on to another place that had it I AM SO THANKFUL. these are the kinds of people who need to be working at stores and in retail and positions where customers really need knowledgeable staff. hats off to this location of GNC and the tall guy running it. will go again.

Jake and Kevin are the best. They are both great listeners and won't try to sell you anything they don't feel will help you. My son and I have been going there for years and we look forward to talking about nutrition and training every time we walk in. They spend time with you and are passionate about helping people in their community feel good and be healthy. Can't recommend them highly enough!! (Need more stars!)

Jake is simply the man! Went in with my girlfriend knowing nothing about protein powder and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. This is now the only location I will go to.

Trust me, this GNC store is the best one around Seattle area.

I have been to many GNC locations all over the country but this one just became my favorite for how kind and helpful the owner/manager was during my visit.

I just left GNC with more information that I walked in with Jake was supremely helpful and knowledgeable on all products. Super friendly and efficient so happy to have this gnc and it's staff in my neighborhood.

What an incredible place! I had read reviews seeing that the GNC in Kirkland totem lake was absolutely horrific so I thought I would go down to Woodinville just a little bit farther for me... I called down there and a very cheerful young man answered. I told him I was very sick with reactivated Epstein-Barr virus and told him the couple of things that I needed - he said he had one of them but not the other. Then he totally surprised me by telling me where I might find a combination of the two supplements I was looking for, and the location of that place! Even told me that he hoped I would feel better soon. Wow! I'm likely going to go down there and buy the one of the two supplements I need there anyway because that's what I called customer service! This is a place I want to support and willll go to regularly now :-). Thank you!

The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Explained the difference between several different types of supplements. I was more than pleased with the service. Prices were good as well!

Jake is awesome! He was at 340 pounds and dropped to 190. If he can lose that many pounds and you need help losing pounds, go in and talk to him.

I just went in there and Kevin is the nicest GNC employee I have ever met. Full of so much enthusiasm and knowledge about health and fitness and supplements. I will definitely be back. :)
