Poor customer service everytime I use this branch. Either the ATM is broken, or they're short staffed so it takes 30 min to make a deposit. A good 20 if you wait patiently at the drive up window. It takes a good 10 before anyone acknowledges you're even standing there.

This is the worst customer service bank I've ever dealt with. A business tried to run a $25.00 payment through my account 14 times in one hour. Just before my paycheck was automatically posted. Regions charged me 14 NSF fees. I closed my account and will never do business with this company again.

I have been trying to work with Regions for over a month. Their manager, Brent Todd, will not even give me the courtesy to return my calls. I have even spoken to his supervisor, Tyler Lipe, with no success.
