Duluth Trading Company

Absolutely love Duluth Trading Company, love it even more when we find a brick and mortar store. The store is nicely laid out and bright. The staff is extremely friendly, outgoing and helpful. Today they were having a 30% off sale which made shopping even more fun. The selection was awesome.

Store was clean, well stocked, and organized. Staff were polite and helpful. The "No Bull Guarantee" was a breeze to exchange two damaged pairs of pants!

Went in on a whim, having only ordered online in the past. It made a huge difference to see things in person, of course try them on, and found a few items I'd not even considered until going in. Staff is wonderful, very attentive and helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed.

The manager, I unfortunately don't remember her name, also tried to find a pair of pants that had been discontinued for me just in case another store had them. I'll be making many trips back to this location in the future.

I was in here for the very first time… (since doing initial construction on the property years ago). My initial impression on the inside appeared very welcoming. Merchandise appeared to be displayed well. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted but due to the item’s minuscule size I needed help. Employee “Jeseka” came to the rescue. She brought the item right to me, despite me wandering off around the store. I would definitely return when I have more time to shop. The merchandise selection offered was impressive!! The staff was helpful and made themselves available for any questions. Also where informative about any current deals/promotions Duluth had to save a few bucks. Definitely will be going back!
