Always a pleasure shopping here. Truly, everyone makes themselves available to help and it always feels genuine and not forced. From Customer Service desk, to cashiers, pharmacy staff, butchers... you name it! Huge parking lot but if it's full, be patient. This can be a BUSY store depending on when you're going. Lots of other good shops in the same plaza/shopping center as well. Really solid location!

The produce department was clean. I purchased navel ornages, juicy crunch tangerines, and blood oranges. Thus was the first time in this store as I am from out of town. It was very clean and good service.

Sini (Indian) in toys was extremely helpful and told me about clearance items. I have never had an associate help me like her. She needs a managers job. I live an hour and half away but will be back! She’s amazing.

I love my Publix! I ask my wife if I can go with her when she shops - I am essentially retired because of disability and she is still fighting cancer after 5 years - both to help her if I can, put the groceries in the car, and because its a pleasant experience. It is not uncommon to see an employee there who, on seeing my wife’s headdress covering her absent hair, shares cancer stories with her as she shares her infectious positivity with them. Sometimes it has been another shopper who has noticed her MD Anderson shirt, who shares their MD Anderson story with one or both of us. We - or just I - probably engage in more pleasant conversation with the checkout crew at that store after shopping on Sundays after church than we do with fellow parishoners immediately after church. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience - even when I promised to obtain shredded cabbage for her and - after no luck on checking and rechecking (the wrong places) 3-4 times, a nice stockfellow showed me where it was, so I didn’t have to look stupid returning to my wife without success. I’ve introduced some staff to the most wonderful cookies of all, Lenny’s and Larry’s, and I expect several of them tried them after I sold them on those cookies. I’m not a big socializer in real life, nor the guy everybody (yet) dreads when I show up at Publix (“that guy won’t EVER shut up” or “I wish he wouldn’t feel like he has to interrupt us when we’re working”), but I’ve left Publix many times feeling happier than I expect to after just grocery shopping.

Publix is hands down my favorite grocery store, and every shopping trip there feels like a pleasant adventure in quality and service.

First and foremost, the cleanliness and organization of the store are top-notch. The neatly arranged aisles and well-maintained displays make finding products a breeze. I can trust that the produce section will offer fresh and vibrant fruits and vegetables, and the bakery never fails to tempt with its delightful array of bread and pastries.

What truly sets Publix apart is its commitment to customer service. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and eager to assist. From the cheerful cashiers to the knowledgeable employees at the deli counter, the level of service is exemplary. They go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant shopping experience.

The variety of products at Publix is impressive. Whether I'm looking for a specific brand or a unique specialty item, I can usually find it here. The store caters to a wide range of dietary needs, from organic and gluten-free options to international cuisine ingredients.

Publix's bakery and deli deserve a special mention. Their fresh-baked bread, delectable pastries, and a wide selection of cheeses and deli

Had a special request for the bakery to recreate something out of a children's picture book. They nailed it. It looks amazing. Shout out to catering and the bakery

Stopped here for dry ice to transport ice cream back home. Employees were very friendly and of course Publix has dry ice.
Make sure you know the handling and safety procedures if you buy dry ice. You must be over 18 to buy it.
Do not put dry ice in your freezer at home.
It must be 99 below zero to keep dry ice.
It produces carbon dioxide as well.
It can damage the thermostat in your freezer if you place it in there.
The best container to transport dry ice is usually styrofoam as it breathes a little .

I was given free flowers because I’ve had a Publix app for 3 years! It was nice to be able to take flowers to my mom!

This is a standout Publix. It is well stocked. The service in the store and at checkout is attentive and courteous. The staff overtly seeks to help customers. The produce section is excellent. The pharmacy is outstanding. I really like the pharmacists. The store is conveniently located at the intersection of John Hawkins (Highway 150) and Preserve Parkway very near Interstate 459 exit 10.

I love that the store is so clean and organized. All of the employees are pleasant and I’m always able to find everything I need.

Publix is really the Chick-fil-A of groceries to be quite honest. Definitely check them out. You’ll be thoroughly impressed and stop by the deli to get a yummy sandwich made with boar’s head meat. Yum!

Great for lunch & groceries. Skip the bakery. My experience was less desirable & although the cake for my boss (that I ordered a day ahead) was delicious, my 4 year old grandson could have done a better job decorating it 🙄. I called to see if I could pick it up early & was told there were "no decorators available & needed to wait until my pickup time this afternoon"; which is completely understandable. Imagine my dismay when you see the picture that I waited for a decorator for. Should have looked before I left, I know,, but was in a big hurry by the time I got my hands on the cake. I called from the catering spot in the parking lot & was told I had to come in & pick up from the bakery. I went in to pick up from bakery & was told I had to pick up from catering. I went to catering & she couldn't find it & was "going to check in the bakery" before I stopped her... anyhoo, as far as problems go, it's not earth shattering so we just had fun with it. 😏 🎂🥳

Friendy workers. Groceries are stocked logically, and if unusually placed personnel are ready to help you. Parking lot is adequately sized and a pavilion on the right permits vehicles to drive up and load groceries without getting wet. Employees are compensated adequately and do not accept tips. Ok That's All Folks

A Little pricey, however carries most anything I need or want from a grocery store. Employees truly appear to care about customers and the customers shopping experience!
