Leaving a positive review because I'm very happy with the service I received yesterday and today. Yesterday afternoon I called the Post Office to ask about a package that had been stuck at the USPS Distribution Center for 4 days and hadn't been forwarded or sent out. It should have been delivered on Saturday. I was frustrated and a little rude, to be honest, but the man I spoke to was kind, took down my tracking number & name & phone number, and said he would look into it and call me back. Yeah right, I thought. I sent an email to the company that the package is from asking for help or a potential re-ship. This morning, less that 24 hours later, Jerry (I think that was his name!) called and left me a message saying the package had arrived at the post office, that it would be delivered today, and to call him if I had any further issues. Thank you so much for your help and follow-through; I really appreciate it!

I just wanted to share with all of you my experience with Brandi (hope I'm spelling it correctly) at this USPS location. Brandi was truly a pleasure to work with and really helped me in a
complicated and difficult scenario to get a package delivered promptly and efficiently. Brandi was very respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and a pleasure to speak with. Thank you Brandi!

Love my post office. Great people working there. Sometimes they are overwhelmed by too many customers at once, but do an outstanding job anyway. Some customers can be incredibly rude, but post office staff are in my experience very patient and knowledgable.

I just shipped out 2 packages there and the employees were super helpful. I was mailing something in a 12x18 picture frame and none of their standard boxes worked, but one lady (Vernessa) had an old box in the back that worked perfectly! Everyone was polite. Shocked to see such a low rating for this post office.

I disagree with the last review about Lorraine. I thought she was great. I was nervous about mailing my taxes and asked a lot of questions and she was very nice and knowledgeable. I had great customer service. Thank you Lorraine.

I love the postal workers at this post office. They always help me in a quick and friendly manner. I ship items frequently, so I am here a lot. One postal worker even gave me shipping advice that has saved my business hundreds of dollars over time.

The Neil street facility is my go to post office. Occasionally long waits, but not often enough to put me off going. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The agent was very insightful and helpful.

The mail carrier did the job right. On Monday, I was mad at the mail carrier for delivering a box for my daughter, to the wrong address. The mistake was mine. I transposed 2 numbers on the address label.

Really quick in and out trying to handle a couple of errands. The lady helping me was incredibly nice and put a smile on my face.
