I live out in Omena and my computer crashed. I was on the brink of losing all of my files (including my Quickbooks backups!!) and called Steve. He came over to my home and fixed it quickly. Much cheaper than Best Buy's Geek Squad, too.

Absolute Bonkers Price 75 dollars an hour when other places will do it for a fixed amount without an hourly price. that is lower then this hourly price. If you have a complex computer dont go here he doesnt know how to take them apart quickly. His hours are not what thry say on Google. He comes in whenever he wants and leaves whenever he wants so you never know when you can catch him to pick up your computer and pay with credit or debit. He used a very annoyed tone with me when I requested the job to be done on the same day because I had important work to do on it rather than declinjng politely. His work space had a cup of loose screws and I really hope none of my computers screws end up in there. I basically only got a 112 Coolant clean. In short, go elsewhere.

When you call and have a problem, he may help you but won't tell you $55 for ten minutes .. May fix it on line and charge you more than someone coming to your home. BEWARE. Doesn't give you a FEE up FRONT.
