Jim of Automotive Resource Management is a godsent. When I came to Jim with my car, I was fearful that as a single female, I would be taken advantage of and price gouged by a mechanic. However, my experience with Jim has been the exact opposite. He was open, honest, and kept great communication with me about my vehicle. He made suggestions and was full of integrity. His customer service was superb, and I can tell that he is a stand up man. He has singlehandedly turned my financial nightmare into the repair of my dreams. I am so grateful that I have met Jim and his staff at the shop, and I wholeheartedly recommend his shop.

Good old fashioned superior customer service! Had my truck shipped from overseas, and it arrived at the processing center with a mechanical problem. I had driven up from Tennessee to pick up my truck and needed it repaired that day. This guy called the tow truck for me, gave my vehicle top priority, and got me back on the road in less than 3 hours. He was knowledgeable, explained every detail, and was able to repair my truck right away. It is hard to find someone who cares about his customers, so lucky to have found this place! Great group of guys. As a military man I was in town picking up my car that was shipped from overseas and my check engine light came on. They brought me right in and got everything worked out so that I was safe for my drive back to my base in Nebraska.
