Holiday Inn Express & Suites Las Cruces North, an IHG Hotel

Spent the night here on a road trip with my dog, the rooms were good for the price & having Bosque Brewing within walking distance is a big plus. My room was near the pool but I didn't have any problems with noise by the time I went to bed around 9-10 PM. The furniture/rooms had some superficial damage, but overall there was nothing that would prevent me from staying here again should I return to the area.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now within the past year traveling from TX to AZ. Each and every time the hotel staff has been friendly, the rooms & lobby clean & the breakfast hot & fresh. I particularly love the mini dove soap bar in the room & the automatic conveyer pancake maker!
I would recommend staying here.

This location is a great value. It is a very clean location and great stopping location. The hotel is also pet friendly with a nice staff. The continental breakfast was very good, but the juice machine is currently broken.

It pays to be a member! We were upgraded to a suite, the room was beautiful. It's not the typical old motel with a quick update (we have seen a lot in our travels) this was done with class.

I was disappointed that neither of my reservation requests had been met nor did the night staff member have any info, but she immediately addressed the situation. I certainly appreciate the young lady who was on duty last night. My feedback would be that if you cannot meet a guest's request, reach out and discuss it with them.

Me and my husband stayed in a jacuzzi suite for our anniversary and it was amazing . Room was clean and neat, jacuzzi is set up so we could relax there and watch the TV . Bed was comfy and breakfast was amazing . We will def come back here for our getaways from home

Stayed last night when my car broke down. Amazing staff. So helpful and nice. Room was comfy and clean. Slept great. Woke up in a great mood. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.

The room was great, pull-out bed for kids. The breakfast was loaded, but the coffee was out. Had to wait a while to get coffee to go with the breakfast. Parking was good, and easy to get on and off highway.

Stayed4 nights. Room very comfortable with firm enough bed med density pillows, bath with good shower pressure. Very quiet, no street noise or noise from neighbors.
Breakfast ok, food could be hotter and Monday's offering was leftovers from Sunday; omelets were crispy brown on 1 side and scrambled eggs had crispy flecks. Cinnamon rolls were fresh every day. Coffee was good

Staff is friendly, helpful and the room was CLEAN no funny smells, weird stains on carpet or bedding it was just perfect.
The pool ,hot tub and gym are open late which was awesome it worked with my schedule. It's a great place to stay love the continental breakfast in the morning I'll be coming back again when I visit.

This place is less than hour away from White Sand. We loved stay here. Everything in the room were clean and fresh sheets and towels. Breakfast is good. Staff are nice. The front desk lady is helpful. Reasonable price. Nice location too.

Comfortable bed. Good TV. Pet friendly. Nice pool.

Service was great stayed in room 300 over Cinco de mayo weekend with my gf, our view was wonderful. the front desk staff was great Jeannette who checked us in was amazing and helped us with restaurants and places to go. Breakfast was ok but we still had a great time.

Maria the overnight or night host was phenomenal. We travelled all through texas in one day snd accidentally booked at her location not other further south. She did ehat she could to eelcome us and let us know we were only 10 min off course snd to just stay snd relax rest of evening. She pampered us. I went swimming it was a delight. She is one of the best hosts we have ever encountered. Kudos & thank you always ever in las cruces again we will only stay there.

Nice, clean, comfortable. The pool is indoor and heated. Kids loved it! Wish the windows opened in the pool room though. It is very hot and muggy in there. The breakfast was surprisingly edible. I usually skip the free breakfast, too artificial.

Alexa is amazing!!! Check in was so nice! Customer service is evident and appreciated. They went above and beyond to help us! Rooms are lovely and clean. This will be our go to spot when we visit the LC!

Great place to stay. The attendant in the breakfast area was the best ever! She stayed on top of keeping food filled and fresh. The cleaning/maintenance staff were conscientious and so very polite. Location is convenient to 3 golf courses, but it is in a congested area traffic-wise. Pet fee is higher than most places.

Busy area for this hotel. Check in was simple, room was large, spacious with fridge and sink. Beds were comfy, and pool was a plus. Full breakfast in the morning was AMAZING.

Awoke at 3am, and needed to go out to car. Was surprised to see staff patrolling the parking lot. " Routine watch" Which made me sleep better.

Clean room! Bathroom towels very soft and fluffy. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Booked a room for 2 nights, and on our second stay when my daughter and I were out for most of the day, but when we returned (by 4pm) our room was not clean yet. I had explained to the housekeeper that we will be staying one more night and not a big deal if the room wasn't clean. Just asked the housekeeper if she could provide us clean towels. She was very apologetic about the room not being clean. If we make another trip to Las Cruces area, we will be staying here again.
