I came in looking to outfit a new apartment. After visiting several large retailers, I came into Big Lots to do some pricing comparisons. My experience dealing with Casey (Supervisor in Furniture) was so positive, I ended my hunt on the spot. He was patient and knowledgeable, and took the time to go over all stock available in my budget range (without aggressively up-selling), answer questions (I had a lot of them), and inform me about a surprisingly affordable delivery option through a third party (Dolly). A real professional. He’s the biggest reason I’ll be back in the near future to make a couple additional purchases. Alex, too. Really, the entire staff at this location is exceptional. I placed an order for a recliner + a queen bed set. Both purchases have proved to be quality in their construction and comfort. I feel I got exactly what I was looking for, at a heck of a price.

Strong recommendation for Dolly, as well. They have a partnership with Big Lots, for discounted rates. For those of us without a vehicle big enough to move furniture, I’d suggest you let Dolly help out. They offered same-day delivery, vs. the option available at another retailer (they quoted 3-5 business days).

This is the best store of Big Lots I've shopped in a long time the staff is friendly they're very generous they do not give you any kind of attitude they help out as much as possible they're always happy the stories very clean bathrooms are very clean wide variety of everything and if they don't have it on the floor they'll go check the back not just say like many other stores whatever we have out here is out that's all we have no they actually go and check I bought a pair of bed and mattress there recently and the associate named Rick he was awesome with us he helped us out he even helped us measure it take it out to our car put it on top awesome day
