AT&T Store

I needed to upgrade my phone so I went to AT&T in Oak Brook on Butterfield. The manager, Patrice waited on me. She was professional and greeted every customer who came into the store.
Patrice was very friendly and patient with me.
She took time and explained my options available to me. She didn’t pressure me but let me make my own decision to according to my preference and affordability.
As a senior, I was impressed by her patience and her knowledge to teach me in navigating the phone I chose.
I recommend this store highly.

Overall I had an amazing experience at this location in particular. I was greeted from the moment I walked in by Mariano, which made me feel acknowledged. He didn’t hesitate to help me with all my questions and also informed me on all the deals and promotions which made things so much easier. He had an amazing attitude and honestly knew what he was talking about. I definitely would recommend this location to friends and family!

Kevin did an amazing job and saved me from making the wrong decision when my computer was hacked. I came in to change my cell number and he asked me why. This led to Kevin helping me through all the apps for security on my computer and fun. Way above the call of duty and greatly appreciated!! Well done AT&T!

I had a great experience at this location! Brian Garcia was the manager. He was so pleasant and helpful! I hv dealt with several calls to customer service and not one person solved my issue. Brian went through everything and got my issues resolved! He puts pride in his work and works hard to make his customers happy!

I had difficulties with getting my phone and lines approved and activated. I was assured by MO he will take care is everything l, while MO was patient. That calmed me down and it all worked out. I have to give Mo and the manager at the oakbrook terrace location kudos for assisting me and keeping me happy

After spending 2 hours in the OakPark store and almost another 2 hours on the phone with a patient person and my email wouldn't transfer. Today, Ninfa Sanchez at the Oakbrook store worked and fixed it and set up my tablet. Kudos to her!!!! You need more people like her.
