I was pleased with the services. I was in and out quickly. I dropped off a a cream colored (stained) coat, and I was a bit skeptical if they would be able to remove the stains for such an inexpensive price. I was however pleased, upon the pickup that the coat was cleaned like new, and I had saved so much money from a traditional cleaners!! ONE PRICE! ONE GOOD JOB!! 👍🏾 👌🏽

Staff is always very easy to work with. I’ve used CD One Price for the last decade and wouldn’t use anyone else. Prices are competitive and they turn orders around next day if you drop off by 10am. I’d recommend them to anyone who asked for a recommendation on a dry cleaner.

The service at CD One is excellent! They always greet me with a smile and a warm hello. They are quick and courteous. Their turnaround time is always next day. My garments always come back looking fantastic! Highly recommend.

What a great place. I have used other CD one price locations, and realize they are a franchise independent owned, but this group is special. Same day service is amazing! Fast and friendly staff also.

I was late arriving in town and had to attend a funeral the next day. My shirts and pants were wrinkle from my luggage. The CD One Price Cleaners employees understood our loss and sent their condolences to the family while making sure they could accommodate me in a short notice for our loss. We moved to Naperville 2022 and we started getting these welcome to the neighborhood coupons and we been going ever since, good deals. Nice customer service only issue i had was my zipper came off a Nike jacket it wasn’t fix but i think ima stop by so they can fix it if possible

I started a new job today which is on a Saturday and I needed my shirt pressed by Monday morning and I walked into CD One hoping they could press by shirt by 11am Monday morning and the gentleman at the front counter was so amazing he said he could do it right away and I could tell they were busy! He handed off my work shirt while I waited maybe less than 10 minutes while he and another employee helped all the other customers and I was so impressed with the friendly and amazing customer service! I also had a brand new blanket in my car I was going to wash at home but he was so nice I decided to leave it with them to have it washed! Thank you so much for making my day and doing an amazing job at pressing my work shirt!!! I will definitely be coming back!! Phenomenal customer service!!!

I love the warm greeting and the one day service. I took in two coats and they came back super clean I am well pleased.

I have been going to the CD One Price location at the corner of Ogden and Loomis in Naperville for 14 years. They are friendly, efficient and do a great job with my clothes. They are not the closest cleaners to my house, but they are the best!

Staff was very friendly and quickly got me taken care of…prices were reasonable (24.99 for my king comforter) and even rushed my comforter for the morning instead of evening. Will be back. Thank you!

I am impressed that the manager made sure all of my items were dry cleaned and pressed perfectly. He cares about customer service, which is a rarity these days.

I know that when we drop off our clothes at CD Cleaners they will be professionally cleaned. Their service is prompt and employees courteous.

Recently had my daughter’s wedding dress cleaned and preserved here. Outstanding service! They were so communicative throughout the whole process, dress was boxed and cleaned to perfection and the people were sooooo nice. Great customer service!!!!
