Very knowledgeable. Been shop for shoes there for 3 years now. They identify your feet type and what it might need to make them comfortable. Never in rush. Will not sell me anything unless both of us are satisfied.

Went to find a pair of work shoes since fracturing my ankle. I haven't been waited on in years and fitted for shoes in a very long time. This place was very refreshing. I was assisted by Beverly and she was super knowledgeable in the specific brand of shoe that I should get and directed me to them. We tried 2 different kinds. I walked back and forth as she watched me and she picked the best shoe that she thought would give me the best support and comfort around my ankle. I felt like I got a great pair of shoes and even better got great service from Beverly. I'll nvr buy shoes anywhere else.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a helpful loyalty program. Very busy and always seem to be a wait to get help, then another wait to check out, and more often that not, don't have a full inventory of sizes. However, they carry the shoe I need, and between the Tacoma and Federal Way locations, I got what I needed. .

Shoe a licious - Lorraine took awesome care of my feet. New shoes & inserts for me & hubby. Our feet have never been so happy or supported. My husband's plantars fasciitis is gone! I was wearing the wrong tennis shoes & now my feet feel so great!

Worth the drive from Seattle. Sales people very patient and helpful and love all the comfort brands under one roof.

This is a really excellent store with knowledgeable employees. This was my first time at this store, I was looking for comfortable shoes for work and found Sole Perfection via Dansko's website as a retailer. I received great advice on different types of shoes (and even lacing!) that would work well for my work conditions, current foot pain, and the build of my feet. You definitely don't get service like this at Foot Locker! I left happy with 2 pairs of shoes and look forward to seeing how they stand up to being on my feet all day.

I am so happy to have found this store. I needed some quality shoes for work, and Kate was a fantastic help, from measuring and helping me try on a number of pairs, and staying within my budget. I am thrilled with my purchase. I will definitely shop here again.

I just had to share how informed and amazing this store is! Over the past 5 years I have purchased most of my shoes here. If you have to wait a bit for service, it’s because they give informed great service!

I had a wonderful experience. I had just come from the podiatrist & needed help getting appropriate shoes & slippers. Beverly was professional, compassionate and did a great job finding the right footwear.

The minute I stepped into the store I was greeted. My Podiatrist suggested I shop here for correct fitting shoes. I've been wearing Birkenstocks for the past 20 years and discovered they are not the right shoe for my needs! Beverly was keen to my needs and had me walk in each pair I tried on, including my own shoes. I bought a pair of Ganter sandals and I can't believe the improvement already, going up and down the stairs in my house is no longer painful and my feet feel so happy! If you have special needs in footware, shop here and come away very happy!

I walked.... barely hobbled I to the store my feet hurt so bad, within 15 minutes Lorraine had me up and moving around again and feeling so much better. I highly recommend talking to her and following her advice if you having arch issues.

If you have hard to fit feet i.e. very wide or narrow, this is the place to go. Knowledgeable staff will ask about any foot, back or knee problems as well as if you have any problems like diabetes since these can factor into proper footwear. They always measure both length and width of your foot. More expensive than a general merchandise store that sells things other than shoes. They also have orthotics and socks.

I like this store because they are knowledgeable about the stock and won't sell you something you don't want.

And as someone with an odd sized foot, it's really nice to find a pair I like and the store have them.

This is a REAL shoe store. They know their inventory and know how to fit shoes for people with foot issues such as high arches, arthritis, leg length discrepancy, pronation, etc. You won't find Jimmy Choo stillettos here. You will find solid, well made shoes that are attractive and won't torture your feet.
