They have great security and inventory here. Yes, I did have to go up front to ask for help in picking out a computer monitor, but he was very helpful and patient. After he helped me, another staff member found me and asked how I was doing. He gave me more info and then showed me some other products I was thinking about. He even found me a shopping cart. In the end, I got everything I came in for and am very happy with my purchases. It was so nice to touch and see the items and to take them home, rather than buying from Amazon
... like the good old days! Lol

Computer crashed and they worked not only to retrieve my data but gave me options on a path forward and when that path forward was determined to be a new machine, their knowledgeable staff did their best to point me in the right direction to a machine that fits my needs and they were able to transfer everything to my new machine as well.

Agnes is an OVER AND ABOVE ADVISOR 👌🏽. She attended me today and just when I was beginning to feel very stressed and disappointed for not finding the right laptop, she came in and trust me, shes an advisor for a reason. I saw creat customer service in her, a whole lot of commitment to making sure I don’t leave there as frustrated as she found me just like that, I got an almost tailor made gadgets I needed.
She gave me great options, told me the difference and that helped me to eventually get myself the right laptop.

Quick check in and out! Some of the nicest best buy employees which I would say is rare nowadays or in retail in general lol retail sucks and you can't change my mind.

Came in to buy a new TV and they never disappoint. Myles and the new cashier Juan were great. Juan, for being new did a great job, very friendly. Myles was willing to help load our new TV with a smile and positive attitude. We had a brief conversation about good service and hospitality. One of the best experiences from these two people in the times we live in. Especially from a well known establishment. It's hard to find quality service like this. Much appreciated!

The only reason I give five stars is because of Doug the employee. He helped me when no one else did. It wasn’t even his section! Answered all my questions completely and honestly. He was the reason I had a pleasant shopping experience.

When this laptop was purchased? It was an online order gift. A friend of mine sent it to me from Washington State to New Mexico and it's worked great and wonderfully for the last 4 years Great product and from what she told me The services are wonderful. The people and the associates are awesome. And the sheet they told her if she had any issues with the item as a gift, it would be easy to fix, their return and refund policy is amazing and easy to work out if needed Keep up the great work sending my prayers and positive thoughts. At this location the staff was friendly and helpful and I came in to get something I needed 6 mins before they were to close. They took me right to it, made my choice and was out with 45sec to spare. Even the security officer was cool. Now puyallup, that's a different story entirely....

This is a pretty typical Best Buy as far as merchandise goes. My interactions with the employees at this location where all outstanding. The store was clean and well organized. As I walk through numerous employees asked if I needed any help. I could give no complaints about this location.

Great experience at the Federal Way Best Buy purchasing my gaming laptop. I walked into the store and went straight to the computer section and was greeted within 5 minutes by a store associate. Five minutes later I walked out with my desired laptop and 1 accessory. No other store within 40-50 miles had it for immediate pickup. I would definitely recommend this store.

Best experience ever, we got served by a worker named Ryan. And he was so helpful, gave us good information while also being the perfect person to talk to. 10/10 deserves a raise

It's a little smaller location but they make up for that with the help you get from the staff. I prefer this location now.
