Best Dr and staff that I’ve ever had. So efficient and caring. Mychart is the best tool. I get test results before I get home sometimes but always within a few hours. Messages are read and responded to timely, quickly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Farino for years. He is great and the practice used to be. Now I can't get lab orders sent to the lab, long waits to get through on the phone. Covid and staffing aside, it shouldn't take 3 calls /my chart messages to get lab orders sent to the lab I use. I tried to may a appointment with Dr. Farino and his staff said he is booked out for 3 months and they can't schedule him beyond that, call back!
