The staff and service at Pines Meadow are top notch. Everyone genuinely cares about your animals, and it shows. The vet techs and especially Dr Ginger take the time to explain everything and address any concerns, actually listening to my questions and giving me clear answers. I've boarded here too, and that was a great experience as well.

I was taking my pet to another small town vet. He had a medical emergency and his normal vet would not get him in. I called Pines at the recommendation of someone. They got him right in, took care of him and explained in great detail what was happening. They got him better and even called a few days later to check on him. The price was very reasonable and the way they treated us was amazing.
So much kindness we switched and my pet now goes there.

I'm so glad we switched and I will gladly make the drive (45mins). Not only are they just overall amazing to work with but they go above and beyond. Will research answers promptly to help you find dietary foods and supplements, medication, or whatever else you may need to care for your pet & they are so affordable - no hassle billing/don't push for extra or hold back care based on assumption of ability to afford necessary care. They even will clip nails during visit for you without requiring another appointment.
I feel confident as my 11 year old dog ages, that when it comes time, I can trust they will treat us all with compassion during his end of life and guide us in the best way to determine quality and care.
From the front desk and beyond they are amazing.

In addition to caring for our furry family members as routinely needed, the Pines Meadow crew helped us through the traumatic loss of our beloved Fred kitty, with dignity and compassion. We really appreciate their kindness, and highly recommend them.

Vets, techs, entire staff are very knowledgeable, provide quality care, down to earth, friendly and compassionate. Feel very fortunate to have them caring for the 4 legged family members! Won't vet anywhere else.

I called looking for Emergency visit for my furry baby (cat). The Lady on the phone was so kind and booked me an appointment asap. I did a drop off appointment which intimidated me a bit as I have never met the Vetnarian or been to location. The Vet called after looking our baby over and was so kind, took her time explaining the situation, answered all questions. Her beside manner made me feel at ease and not rushed as most vets today.. This was an empathetic and understanding experience along with wonderful staff. Told my Husband I would like to change Vets and go to Pine Meadows with all our furry kids.

Everyone was so nice and helpful and took excellent care of our girl, Jazz, when we boarded her there for the first time. While we were out of town, Jazz had a little anxiety which caused her to have some loose stools. They called us to let us know and asked if it was okay if they gave her something to help her with that. They were genuinely concerned, which made us feel better too.
We will definitely use their services again!

They got my cat Oliver in very quickly when he stopped walking on his front left foot. They made the process painless and were very informative and helpful! Oliver says thank you SO much for helping my foot feel better! 🖤🖤

Been taking my dogs here for ten years. Good, local staff. Very competent AND accommodating. Won't try to sell you something you don't need, but will always give you the information.

While some of their Covid protocols are annoying at times, I will never fault a business for protecting the health and safety of their employees.

And for the first time in my life, I had to euthanize a pet. Their respectful process and support was much appreciated.

I was moving here from out of state I had planned on boarding my kittens for a certain amount of time. However my plans changed and had to extend my boarding. There was no problem at all. I was very pleased with the care my kittens received and how friendly the staff was.

Helpful and friendly. Never have to wait long.

Pines Meadow has been great with our doggie! They aren't so busy that you have to schedule weeks or months in advance and provide top-notch service. It seems like veterinarian prices vary more than human hospital prices and Pines Meadow has consistently been on the more affordable end!!!

Professional and compassionate staff. Dr. Robinson and his assistants were so caring to our buddy, Snoopy right up til the end. I left our previous vet because of the lack of compassion. So glad we made the switch to Pines Meadow.
