Suttons Bay Dental Center, Steve Hall DDS and Cassandra Lee DDS

Two years ago, I walked into Dr. Lee’s office with a lot of dental anxiety and needed a lot of work. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Lee and her staff, they were patient, kind, fun and I was always informed on what was happening at the next appointment. Not once made me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. After nine crowns, including my two front teeth, my smile is perfect and Dr. Lee was the driving force behind everything, referring me to awesome doctors for orthodontics and root canals. I cannot thank you and your team enough!!

I allowed a few years to lapse before I found a dentist that I felt comfortable with. Going to the dentist is usually a high anxiety experience for me, however I saw Suttons Bay Dental Center in the Leelanau Enterprise and gave them a try. From my first phone call, I received friendly and professional service. The dental hygienists (Jennifer and Rita) were phenomenonal. Then, when I met Dr. Lee, I felt so much more at ease. Her kind, gentle demeanor is genuine. I cannot recall ever leaving a dentist office smiling, and I have twice now! I highly recommend this practice.

A teeth cleaning today with Kimi. I think it MAY have been my first time with her. As ALWAYS, I had a wonderful experience all the way around. I have experienced both doctors now and feel very comfortable and confident in both of them. I have been coming here for 28 years and have never been disappointed.

We were very pleased with the service and experience overall this morning. The appointment was right on schedule and processed efficiently. My wife was delighted to see Sue be the one who is back and substituting. Sue always does an exceptional job with explaining what is the status of our dental health.

Excellent! Madeline was knowledgeable and very precise. Dr. Lee was very attentive. The entire staff seems very happy from the front desk to the assistants, hygienists and dentists. A++

Suttons Bay dental services are outstanding in every way. For example, our daughter was visiting from Houston and needed dental work. They accommodated her and she is going to use them for major dental work in the future.

I had a crown replaced this morning. Dr Lee and June were excellent! Very calming and let me know what was happening during the process. Very smooth procedure. Thank you!

A great visit and dental hygiene with X-rays. I had just returned from a long flight with all kinds of weather delays so I was tired. The hygienist was cheerful and very patient with me and I truly appreciate her professionalism.

I’m so glad to have found such a great dental center. The staff is excellent, and have truly helped relieve any/all old fear of going to the dentist.

My hygienist, Kimmy, was so kind and gentle. She did a wonderful job. I wasn’t nervous at all. Dr. Kim was very nice as well. Very professional but personable. Front desk checked me in with a smile and checked me out with an appointment and a smile. Very good experience.

Dr. Hall is very thorough! He cares and is passionate about his patients dental health/needs. The hygiene staff are also very caring ladies who take their time in cleaning & scaling gently, yet thoroughly. Detailed instructions and suggestions are often discussed for better brushing and flossing without sounding condescending. Office staff provides breakdown “cost” for future appointments that require fillings or crowns. By the way….Crowns are done and completed in one appointment! No temporary crowns with having to come back for a permanent fitting. Bonus! 5 star operation here! I’m very blessed to be on board at this practice.

I chipped a tooth on vacation, and when we got back in town, Dr. Lee was able to see me the day after I called. She saw me, fixed the problem, and I was on my way in 30 minutes!

I have been a patient here for many years. I have a fear of the dentist stemming from my childhood. Steve Hall and crew have helped me with that fear with their professionalism and calming ability. Dr. Hall and his staff are kind, professional and caring. Hygienist today was a huge improvement over the last one who cleaned my teeth there. The one before today only spent about 20 minutes on my teeth, not nearly enough time to do a thorough job. If they're not the best, they're not there long!
