They were very professional and even opened the office on Saturday to accommodate us. I recently needed a quantity of a particular medical supply which I see now King Home Medical could not be expected to have. But I called and had help from a genuinely concerned lady at the store who spent several minutes talking with me and suggested exactly the right places to find them! - hardware stores with the same masks used in fine sanding - N95 - recommended by two doctors to catch not only ultra fine dust but airborne water droplets possibly carrying bacteria or viruses.. I’d never have thought to go there without her suggestion. Would I go back if I needed equipment? In a flash! As an unknown caller I’ve never had better help. As a result 150 respirators on on their way to China! King Home Medical May well have saved lives thousands of miles away!

Went in a few weeks ago to get a prescription filled to my grandmas walker and shower chair. They were very polite and said they would Give her a call in a few days regarding what the copay was. Never got a call so I called them 4 times and had to leave a message and never got a call back. Then stopped by a few times and each time they were closed with no time as to when they’d be open again.

I had a terrible experience with Kings medical supplies. Rented a wheelchair from them and Mr. King told me that Medicare would pay for my wheelchair if I had a prescription for it and he would reimburse my credit card. The next day when I brought the script in he told the office personnel to refund my credit card. Then the fun began! First I was told that they couldn’t give me a refund for 2 months till they knew they were getting paid by Medicare. I called Medicare and they said it would be paid for. Then Kings told me they would have to pre rate the return because I had it for a week. When I canceled other equipment, they told me the rental for the wheelchair was $70 a week instead of $70 dollars a month and they wanted their wheelchair back. Buyer beware; wheelchair rental from other suppliers in this area run between $48 to $58 a month. Not $70 a week.

We have not had good service with King. Been waiting over 3 weeks for a brake for my mom's walker. They are not helpful at at all. Will never go thru them again.

Go through another medical company I “ordered” some wrist splints and called in to see why I never got them and they lost my paperwork...

Out of business. too bad they did not let us know. lives depended on them.
