Established new patient care for myself and my toddler. The building is new and very clean. Waiting area is huge. Rooms are clean. Nurse was very patient and kind with my screaming toddler. Doctor was caring and kind and took the time to listen. I'm glad I made the choice to get care here.

I would recommend this location. My new-patient visit went exceedingly smoothly. Dr. Buck is very smart and thoughtful.

Angela Newman is by far the best primary care I have had. She is patient, listens to your concerns and makes you aware of all options that are available to you for whatever concern that you may have.

Angela Newman is the best ever!! She makes me feel like I'm her only patient for the whole day! She talks to me like a real person and the way she listens is just amazing; you can tell that she is honestly listening so she can completely understand what's wrong. On a scale from 1-10, I would rate her at 100!

This has been my doctor's office for many many years and each and ever time I visit the service is spectacular. Whether you go there for a regular check up or an illness related diagnosis, they are very knowledgeable, professional and as friendly as can be.

I guess I had a bad first impression of Dr. Mann for some reason, but I went back for a second visit and he's honestly helped me more than any other doctor that I've been to in recent years. I've had terrible experiences with the hospital here in Battle Creek so dont let the BBC affiliation scare you away. Dr. Mann really tries to do whatever he can to help you and he's professional, overall great guy as well.

I have had great care at this doctor's office. Dr. Service and her team have been informative, caring and kind. The office offers early appointments most days as well as one night of late appointments.
