Very professional and organized. Dr Jason is the best doctor I've ever seen, he is thorough and caring and takes his time with you. The MA is always polite and friendly, even the lab assistant was polite and efficient.

First time going to a doctor in 7 years. I was apprehensive based on the Google reviews. But, the folks here blew away any fears I had! A little busy and waited a while. But, Dr. Bloch is the absolute best Dr I have seen in my life! 10/10 would recommend. I actually look forward to going to the Dr now!

I was able to get an appointment the same day i called and was seen by the P.A Christ he was nothing be excellent and was very thorough on explaining everything i needed to do and followed up with me the next day on my blood work, staff was super nice and very helpful.

Always friendly and helpful service. Dr. Lipski is the first Doctor that I've found that I feel really cares. I would definitely recommend this office!

Great Clinic!

I would not recommend going to this practice. My provider was Anne Kenney she does not return phone calls and they do not let you speak with her in a time of need. I am on a medication for my heart in which my insurance covers it just needs a prior authorization however she had her staff call me today an tell me that she opted out of doing the prior authorization & that they can offer me a coupon so that I can get it for cheaper. My insurance covers the medication in full and I never have a copay for it they just want them to do an prior authorization that Anne Kenney said they are not going to do. This is my heart medication that we are talking about this is my life. I will never go back here again. Why are you my PCP and can't do your job with is if i need a prior authorization for a medication my PCP is suppose to do it to let the insurance know why I need to be taking this medication. Terrible service and the front desk staff are horrible as well.

Been coming here for about 15 years and used to be great. For the last 2-3 years though I have not been able to get a single appointment with Doctor Jason, or pretty much any Doctor for that matter. If you can get an appointment with one of the assistants, you'll be there for 3-4 hours.

They will bill for "fake" appointments though if you need a prescription fast, which is one good thing about this place.

The nurse had a very uncaring mannerism. She was rude and unprofessional... and she set the tone for the rest of the visit. The physician was over an hour late only to issue more visits without solving any of the problems I went there for in the first place. This was the worst health care service I've ever experienced, and I don't plan on coming here again.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL and OVERPRICED. Billing and appointments have been mishandled to an unforgiving level.

Had an appointment at the South Lyon location. Front desk said I did not have an appt. Really needed to be seen, so they scheduled me for Northville location in the same day. Went to the Northville location, and the front desk said I had no appointment. Frustrated but optimistic, we rescheduled for the next day. Went in, got seen, got tested. I'm now sitting at over $500 in bills for just a small thing. I also was told I over-payed by the billing department. Everything is currently a mess as I try and figure out what went wrong and get in contact with the right people......

DO NOT RECOMMEND. NEVER GOING BACK. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

For the second time they denied my appointment. They called me and said they needed me to come in and discuss my results. Nothing to worry about just to discuss. I made my appt. and the day before they called to remind me. When I showed up on time for my appt. the receptionist said I did not have one. I politely informed her that I did. In fact the doctor initiated it. They said they had nothing for me. And I could wait a few hours. I said no way. I want to see the doctor. She said nope. Sorry good bye. As I walked away she yelled at the back of my head. Hope your day gets better, and I will have the doctor call you. Seven hours later still no call. I called the main office and said what gives. They said the girl was gone and there was a lot of Daves that morning. I said I guess you gave my appt to someone else. She didn't respond. So I asked to have the doctor call me. She said I absolutely will. Never heard another thing. It's been weeks. I still have the recording reminding me of the day and time. Totally unprofessional and uncaring. I now have a better doctor somewhere else. I should have left them the first time they did it. I assumed I had my appt. wrong. I didn't.

Most unprofessionaly run office. Front desk 2 nurse doesn't know squat. Said dr i was seeing leaving 3.1.18, sooo whhhyyy front office scheduling me w her?! Duh. Staff doesn't have very good attitude u fill out questionnaire then nurse asks same freakin questions, duuhhh. Office needs b updated tacky.

Who sits in a room for an hour!!! For blood work?! Nurse was rude, front desk awful. I don’t know why I put up with this.

Terrible at getting back to you. I had to end up calling in to get my test results two days after they said they would call me.
