I LOVE these soaps!! I have had poor (chicken) skin my whole life, and my skin is now smooth and I'm much happier since I first used this soap a few years ago!!

I wish I could say good things about this seller, but she accused me of lying after her company only sent me a fraction of the butter I had ordered. I am a small business owner and ordered from her solely to support her small business. Her prices are high compared to others in the industry, and after speaking to others I have learned I am not the first victim of her atrocities. I have witnesses who were here when I received her package to back that I didn’t receive my full order and have spoken w the post office and they verified that the shipping weigh was indeed .5lbs. She belittled me as a customer and treated me with no respect. Cherie will not stay in business long if this is how she treats her customers. I originally thought she was affiliated with makeyourown.buzz, but was so happy to find out that she has no affiliation. I have contacted them as well to let them know of my horrible experience. Buyer beware...

By far the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Completely ridiculous with her excuses, blaming others, guilt tripping and manipulation when asked for updates. Belittles and bullies her customers and takes no responsibility for her actions. Narcissistic and just plain hateful. Take your business elsewhere for quality products and service. Not worth the headache or stress.
