Wade did a tremendous job of representing me in a difficult situation. I was facing potential incarceration, loss of driving privileges, probation, community service and fines. Wade was able to negotiate a plea bargain with the Prosecuting Attorney to a lesser, less punitive offense. Wade was thorough, answered all of my questions, and detailed in preparing me for the entire process without bombarding me with a lot of minutia. He was also extremely professional and respectful to everyone in the court. He was able to arrange the pre-trial meeting, probation interview & evaluation, and sentencing the same day. I hired Wade to handle a traffic violation, as I wanted to avoid the points on my record. While many attorneys are hucksters, Wade was a straight shooter and honest from the get-go. He didn't make any promises but gave me honest input and his prediction for the outcome was accurate. He was a strong advocate for me and he was triumphant for me, making the violation a zero-point offense with a small fine. Wade is not going to wow you with phony charisma. Great Attoney that actually cares! Wade is one of a kind attorney that fights for your rights! Most attorneys dont give you their personal cell phone like Wade.
