Burger King

In and out, easy peasy. I wasn't 'forced' to place my order on a kiosk. I placed it with a courteous register person and within minutes, I was out the door and chowing down on my delicious bacon Whopper!! Kudos!!

Haven't been here in a while it was such a pleasure to have a staff so pleasant 😊

Always friendly fast service. Order is always correct.

Drive thru was a little slow but it was all worth it when i got to the window and was greeted by Dave, his customer service skills are amazing and will make you smile with his bubbly personality. Food was hot and fresh as well :)

First time to this location, and will definitely return! Service was great, food, as usual at all Burger Kings I have visited, was delicious! Joked with another customer about how strange it felt to be ordering food while standing up and indoors, as we had both been using drive-through exclusively for the past 20 months!

Actually got everything in my order right the girl at the counter was very helpful and my fries were even hot

So, I normally wouldn't even bother writing about going to Burger King, but here's the thing... there was this older guy there who was a genuinely happy guy! He had an awesome attitude, and he made my trip very enjoyable, and rememberable! He's an older guy, and all he wanted me to know was that he made the biscuits for my sandwiches fresh, and that they were going to be really soft and enjoyable! That's it! And he said it with such enthusiasm and such pride in his work, and he seemed like he was extra excited that he knew I would enjoy them! That said so much to me, so yes I'm going to give just for this guy's sake, five stars! Because of his sparkling, energetic, exuberantly wonderful and contagiously delightful attitude!

Arrived around 10am on the Saturday of GC party at the park., Heard preceeding customer order and person taking order.. extremely cheerful, great customer service. Ordered and got same service and before he cut his mic heard him addressing fellow employee in a very nice way. Discovered he was in fact the manager which is why im adding time and day, i hadn't asked his name.

Great food, fast service, employees very professional and knowledgeable!

The staff were courteous and expedient and a generous customer offered to pay for my Burger. Was a very pleasant experience. The burger was good too though the sauce was a little heavy even though I asked for light. But I'm kind of used to that at most fast food places.

Just had a wonderful experience with Jessica B. She was working the window late night May 11th Friday early Sat AM. Her customer service was wonderful and she had no problem making sure our food was fresh and hot. Made sure we had all our condiments and had no problem dropping us a hot fry. A absolute pleasure any Burger King would be lucky to have her. Made me and my girlfriends night. Thank you BK

I stopped in today 02/24/21 @5:31pm to grab dinner for my family. I must say that Dave is an absolute pleasure to deal with! From taking my order at the speaker to taking my money and giving me my food at the window! He was so kind, polite, funny and respectful. I'm an advid visitor to this location and this is the best experience I've ever had there. Plus all my food and sauces were in the bags! Thanks to Dave! Thank you Dave for making today a bit easier for me after a very hard emotional day! ❤

Stopped here to get a quick bite to eat after getting my son from school. Dawn was great. She took our order and engaged with my son. Even made a pretty cool deal with him if he gets good grades in school. Food was quick and hot when we got it.

The employees at this Burger King are awesome! They are understaffed and they are still very pleasant and friendly with the customers even when customers are being obnoxious. Keep doing what you are doing, there are customers who understand

Westland/Cherryhill workers are polite, professional and care about how they handle your food …. At least the evening crew did on this day

Love the staff here, very professional and fast service. I love they offer a military discount for us vets who occasionally indulge in fast food (weekends). The 10%discount is nice and it's advertised on the windows... Love those macaroni bites for $1 my daughter and I can get these every day lol (but we wouldn't). I also love the donation advertising they have. My daughter donated a dollar for the literacy program and received a coupon book. Great way of demonstrating give and it shall be given. I don't know the nice young lady name who worked back drive-thru on 10/27/2019 around 6pm but thank you for your patience and professionalism😊

Ordinarily I hate going to Burger King because it always takes 15 minutes to get bad food that's been thrown together in a couple seconds. However, with this one I have consistently been served fresh sandwiches and French fries. I don't what they're doing there but I hope they never stop.

Great tasting food and friendly customer service. Certain times of the day can be pretty busy, but expected during lunch and dinner time. Oh, and great deals are offered through their mobile app.
