I needed a grill for memorial day because my family last minute decided I was hosting. I came to buy a grill and everyone was so helpful. Stephen even shrink wrapped the floor model because that's all that had of the grill I wanted and helped me get it into my car. This place had a touch others like home depot just don't have, it is my new go to.

All of the guys customer service today was excellent. From the manager to the cashier and the floor people everyone was nice and attentive and very just nice. I appreciate it.

When I entered the store, I thought, that I knew where I was headed but I must have had that confused look on my face because almost immediately a young man approached me and asked how he could help.

I was able to describe the thingamabob just enough that he knew what I was trying to find. He then told me which aisle, how far down and which side it would be on. At this point, you might expect that the man went on his way but you would be wrong. He walked down the aisle, found the item in question and made sure that it was in fact what I needed.

Every Ace location I have ever visited has always provided a level of customer service that you just cannot get at a big box store, especially as someone without extensive hardware/home renovation experience.

They've gone out of my way to help with a number of projects that other larger hardware stores just told me we're not possible or were unwilling to even consider helping with.

As such, I always go to Ace first if I can. The personal touch has definitely made me a loyal customer!

My experience was ok when I first walked in no one welcomed me in but once I started looking around an employee by the name of Dawg was very friendly, attentive and down to earth. All-in-all my experience was great.

I called ahead to order several items that were waiting for me at the register. The staff that talked with me was friendly and helpful. This was really good for me because I have a serious issue walking. I also like that there is plenty of disabled parking near the entrance.

These people are always friendly! I always appreciate going into this place because I'm always met with a great disposition and a willingness to help. Whichever Ace or other hardware store you go to I don't care if it's near your house, or your workplace, forget them and just go to this one! Make this your Ace of choice or Ace in a hole!

If you need it, ACE has it. Add a knowledgeable staff and ease of shopping instead of the big box stores.

Carla, Lucy & Adam: the three stellar store clerks who did not turn my husband away on Labor Day today to grab some last minute item at closing time. In fact they never do the typical thing and say "Sorry we're closed", but rather cheerfully welcome patrons who are frantically shopping for those last-minute items. I LOVE this store and they will always have a customer in me! ❤

Staff have good customer service skills. This Ace has basically a little of this and that when it comes to hardware stores. My 110 lb FurBaby Loves their little squeaky soccer ⚽ balls and they're priced nice. They also have a decent selection of outdoor care, i.e.; lawn care, pool maintenance, etc.

My favorite store is in Westland. The employees are friendly and helpful. They carry the salt and calcium cloride salt, more so then some other ace stores.

Because I called about a carpet cleaner and they said yes all you need is a valid Mich ID and I went to pick it up the Lady that help me was very nice and helpful I would like to tell everyone that this Ace Hardware store values your business no matter what city you live in not like the on in garden city store that only rents to garden city residents only

It's amazing how Ace has so much that those big stores have, but without navigating through endless aisles. Their customer service is top notch.
