Baxter Insurance

Baxters is great but one of there insurance companys are not thats Pioneer insurance they will rip youoff any way they can. Kara folgerty and seth with pioneer were rude and wont give you the money you deserve. Terrible company .shop for a different insurance thru baxters they will set you up

I have used them in the past and have not been disappointed in anything they have done for me or my family.

They are the best. Always have time to answer my questions. Jessica is the best.

That was two years ago and my opinion is still the same.

This last year I really needed some support from Baxter Insurance. We were caught in a bad place with a FEMA POLICY. Without going into detail I want to say they stood solidly by me and stuck to the true meaning of what an Insurance Agent is. It was not an easy road but they never gave up untill I was made whole.

I am compelled to state that the Baxter Agency is a solid member of the community. As our local Agent they understand our needs and will not fail to fully represent us their clients. They proved this to me.

I feel it is why using an Agency is really the best practice. An Agency represents us the insured, our partner, to the Insurance Company.

I highly recommend Baxter Agency. Local, Honest, Trustworthy.

Grew up in algonac all my life I was pregnant with my son Joseph had auto insurance at Baxter ins got hit by drunk driver head on he was going 70 mph in 25 mph I turned the wheel quickly he hit me on passengers side his bumper was in my backseat I passed out from fear spun around hit tree he tried getting away from seen lady took keys from him my car was totaled gas lines were leaking they cut me out of car hoping it didn't explode I couldnt leave home for months after my eye lid had to be seen back on my face was a mess unrecon isable my parents took me to baxter to report accident they told me i didnt pay my ins i was in shock had reciept waited 3 yrs to get in court my only car they won even though i had reciept nightmare they are crooks thank god i didnt loose my child awful ins co

I'm all for supporting local business but I wouldn't support this one. I have done business with them for the last 5 years and their lack of customer service, constant mistakes, and excuses have made them unbearable. Do yourself a favor and go with another insurance agency

Called for a quote and it was a complete waste of time. Never received a call back and decided not to deal with small agencies anymore. AAA got my business.
