McDonald's

This place always gets it right. They're busy but they always get my order done right. Food is always fresh. Unlike other locations close by, whose nuggets and fries sometimes are "bagged" luke warm amd rubbery.

Tonight I stopped around 6pm before T-ball and hadn’t ate all day! When arriving in the drive through the kindest voice asked for me to please be patient she will take my order shortly. Moments later she returned not only thanking me for my patience but thanking me for my time and visiting this McDonald’s! When I say I have not heard professionalism and genuine appreciation from an employee in customer service in forever this was shocking to me! When pulling up to pay I then saw she was training a young lady. I asked her name and she replied “Sarah”, even then concerned asking me “is everything okay”? I explained she was amazing and even amazing role model not only for whom she was training but my two children in the back seat. Not many have compassion in their job anymore but this young lady surly did and will go far in life with the attitude she presented tonight. Great job Sarah, I surly would be proud if I was your parent and thank you for our positive experience tonight!

Always fast & friendly here. Almost never have to worry about them getting my order wrong, unlike other locations. Morning crew are especially great!

Nice mcdonalds with a large playland for the kids. Also has 2 tablet like wall mounted devices loaded with games for the kids.

Location is good, plenty of parking, service is always great and always clean. You don't get the "I hate my job" vibe at this location like many others. They always get my order correct and is very quick. They have the best play area for kids that I have seen at any restaurant. My kids love it.

I had to stop for an emergency bathroom visit.
Whom ever cleans these bathrooms is a saint!
Amazing experience! I laughed and I cried. Would poop here again! Best half hour of my life!

They have some great employees.... especially Cheryl (she's always peachy) with a smile on her face, Kathy who is SUPER friendly, Sherry who says my name after I place my order (I go there a few times a week & order the same thing) and than there is Andi who is always sweet. I've expressed to the manager Amy how impressed I am with especially a few of the employees I mentioned. The twins too are nice though I don't see them too much anymore.

I bring my daughter here often to play in then play place. The vicinity is always clean and the staff is super friendly. I was having a rough morning one day and issues with the app. The manager not only got me my free burrito I tried to order with my points, but added another one. I manage a DQ myself and I appreciate an amazing staff like this location!

On 23 mile in new Baltimore. I ordered a child's meal and chick. nuggets and fries. Because there was a mixup with the order and took a little longer, 1 worker gave it all to me and said don't worry about the money, I paid for it for you. There still are nice people in this mixed up world. Thank you, again.

We like to occasionally go for the happy meals play set. My kid was able to witness another child get stuck in the play set, so it was lunch and a teachable moment, Unfortunately we had to leave before the fire department showed up.

The employees at this location are always so polite. When I request my usual - double quarter pounder wirh no bread - it comes out properly. I also get utensils and napkins without request.

The store is very well run. It is way better than the North River Road Mount Clemens location. People here are always friendly and amazingly enough, have never messed my order up. That is worth mentioning. Fast and friendly! Thanks y'all!

Fast, efficient, and order correct.

Used your App for the first time! Was pretty easy and fast. Went and picked up my order really no issues with it. My food was all correct! I was very pleased with my McDonald's order. Thank you for the crew working tonight! Good to see you wearing your mask and gloves! As a good customer I also wore my mask to pick my order up. Keeping us all safe! I appreciate you all for working to keep us fed!

I came to McDonalds on a field trip with the local Special Ed classes. I was so impressed and heart warmed by the kindness and exceptional service by the staff. They were patient with the kids and helped them independently order their food. Both Stephanie’s working went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Stephanie went into the back of the restaurant to track down crayons and coloring sheets for the kids. Thank you New Baltimore McDonalds :)

In the drive-thru, we ordered 2 of the same burgers but requested modifications to only one of them. The girl at the pickup window verified the order with us and made sure it was correct before handing it out. It's the little things that count and I really appreciated that service. And it was made well too. Thanks cooks, for adding mayo on the whole burger instead of just a little drop in the center. Good job :)
