Kroger

I come here pretty frequently, and use the pickup option the most. With pickup I do not wait very long for my order to come out and out of 3 years of living here I have only had one slight issue so far. Kroger’s phone customer service took care of the issue in the most professional manner. Whenever I go inside, the store is clean, the staff is friendly and so are the other customers shopping. It’s just a great environment. And the houseplants selection is very nice. I’ve gotten alocasias, begonias, teneki ficus rubber plant, orchids and some cute little succulents that I still can’t identify to this day. The bakery section is very nice as well, my favorite is the lemon cake in the refrigerated section, the blueberry pound cake and the lemon pudding bundt. I like to take advantage of the app before I even walk into the store because the coupons and cash back options have saved me so much money. I’ve once saved over $120 in one visit.

I go out of my way for this Kroger. The store is little out dated but the workers are so kind and helpful especially the bakery. It’s so nice to see smiles and kindness! Kudos to management! Thank you!

Tonight is Friday, February 9,2024.
This morning I was in your Kroger and I picked up a couple of items. And it was very busy and when I went to the Self Checkout. I didn't even have to wait for an available Self Serve Register. The, cashier at the Self Serve Checkout was very friendly and polite. Back in the day, and I used to live in Chesterfield and I remember when, this was to be a Great Scott !supermarket and I remember when Kroger bought the Great Scott !supermarket chain years ago. Now, that I am living in Eastpointe and I usually shop at the Harper Woods and St. Clair Shores Krogers. The, next time when I am in the Chesterfield/New Baltimore area and I will be stopping in the Chesterfield/New Baltimore Kroger.

I was followed at this Kroger and had to be walked out by a bagger and another Kroger shopper. Be careful and aware of your surroundings. Thank you Roy for walking me out to my car

Greatest experience today. Stella in the gourmet cheese department is positive & uplifting! I miss the days of smiles and acknowledgement but not today! May God Bless you, Stella!

While I refuse to use task rabbits for shopping like the other people complaining about waiting for their order. Everything is in stock and the produce section is great and isn't rotting like other locations I have been to.

Wish they had a drive-up Lane for pharmacy

This is my favorite place to shop for food, reasonable prices, good sales, liquor, beet, wine, and my favorite... "reduced for quick sale" items. Always clean, with friendly service. I self-scan and rarely have to wait. Nice and clean bathrooms too!

Christina in the Flower department is so sweet and so very helpful..She helped me pick out the perfect combo for a special young lady

This Kroger is always clean, fast, and friendly. There are rarely long lines whenever it is busy. I shop there often for small purchases on my lunch break and a few of the workers even remember me and take time to say hello. I love the Sushi bar there.

This is my go to place, it's close at almost always has what I need. People are always polite and helpful.

My husband and I just love Stella. She is a great cashier! We look for her when we check out, she always introduces herself and her bagger, she is polite and efficient, so refreshing, my husband commented that if everyone did their job as well as she does the world would be a better place! Previous to the last time we were in she had a customer that was very mean to her and she had just had a death in her family. Please everyone try to treat people with respect and curtsey you never know what kind of day they are having, a little politeness can go a long way. Even when she wasn't having the best day she was still polite and efficient everyone could learn from her, thank you Stella! Kroger please give her a raise or a promotion !

This store is always well stocked. If it's not, there is always an employee close by who is happy to help. Produce is fresh and I love the meat counter. The fried chicken counter is made fresh as well. Since this store is next to my place of employment I constantly shop here. On weekends, I have been known to drive the 30 minutes to the Chesterfield store because the quality outranks the 3 other Krogers I live near!

Krogers remodeled and it's a lot easier to find what you're looking for great prices they're always in stock, the employees right there Johnny on the spot to help you. The lines are quick , prices of phenomenal because they always have great deals. They have Chase Bank inside where lines are short I got a great service Grant employees and their Pharmacy hundred percent top notch.

HATS OFF TO KATHY U. TODAY SHE WAS BEHIND THE DESK THEN IN LANE 8. I FORGOT A BAG OF GROCERIES AND CALLED THE STORE TO SEE IF ANYONE TURNED THEM IN. SHE WAS THE ONE WHO ANSWERED AND GAVE ME INSTRUCTION. WHEN RETRIEVING MY ITEMS OF LOSS, I WENT TO HER LANE. THE LIGHT WAS SHUT OFF. THE LADY IN FRONT OF ME LET ME KNOW SHE WAS THE LAST CUSTOMER. KATHY AKNOWLEDGE WHO I WAS AND ALL THE CUSTOMERS IN LINE BEHIND ME! SHE DIDNT MISS A BEAT. NICE HUMOR AND HAD HER LANE MOVING. DIDNT SAY A WORD ABOUT HER LIGHT OFF......NOW THATS CUSTOMER SATIFACTION. IDONT THINK SHE HAD TO WORK HARD AT THAT THOUGH....I BELIEVE IT CAME NATURAL. SHE MADE MY DAY. I WILL BE BACK.

John the Store Manager runs a friendly personable store. Employees are professional however there is a casual comfort. The store is well staffed and employees actually ask if they can help you find something even if they are walking by on a break they will stop and assist. John was at the 15 mile and Coolidge store when I lived close to it. Very different stressful feeling when he left. I would drive past three other Kroger stores to shop at Johns store. Cashier William is great.

Very clean...great selection of fresh fruit and veggies. Love most of their lunch meat, cheeses, fish and bakery department. Great stores to shop for the family needs. Besides that you accumulate points redeemable for gas purchases.

Preferably the best grocery store if your around. Never crowded, great people and amazing service staff.
