Riviera Restaurant in Marine City, Michigan is located downtown, right on St. Clair River with a view of Canada.

They have a full bar and breakfast past 11 a.m. This is a classic Americana style food menu and hits perfectly. Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner – it’s simple, good food at a great price with great views.

Truly love everything about this place.

Overall, I give Riviera Restaurant the rare five stars out of five.

Was with a friend stopped in for an early dinner. We had the pizza, and it was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful. we will be returning in the future. The vue of the river was great as well.

Food was very good. Much better than we've had a couple years prior. Our waitress Elizabetta? Was phenomenal. We had a group of 7 in for a birthday dinner and she was on point, even helping us out with the cake we brought, asking us if we needed candles. Food was pretty quick for how busy the place was. Fish and chips and sides were on point. All of us were blown away.

Its been a few years since we were last here. This place was a staple for us to go with a family member until they passed away. But let me tell you walking in the door yesterday I was shocked. They remodeled the place, not sure when but it looks really nice. Still love the view looking over the river. And the staff was absolutely great. They were very attentive to everything that we needed and our waitress continue coming back to make sure our drinks were filled and see if there was anything else that we had to have. As we were leaving everybody was saying thank you for coming. Really made me feel like I was appreciated for being a customer. I even think the food got better. If you're in the Marine City area you should definitely check this place out.

The new renovations are great. Nice and relaxing inside. Nice view of the water while eating. Food is so good. Fries are excellent. Service for lunch was fast. Would recommend.

The food here is always delicious and the prices are reasonable. Also the view of the river is wonderful. Great place to watch ships go past.

Had to wait only ten minutes on Saturday night for a tab by the water. Loved the food. I definitely will come back for the fish.

We had the fish and chips and spaghetti and everything was so good. We had special requests and our server Elizabeta was very accommodating and was excellent! We will be back.

Our table on the patio was just a few feet from the river - quite a view and very comfortable on a beautiful day. The staff was friendly and the service was very good. We both had soup and the fish and chips and everything was delicious. Prices were reasonable. Beautiful drive to Marine City and well worth it for this dinner.

This was a great restaurant for breakfast. The food was awesome and it was very cool to watch a barge float across the river while eating.

So I was here with my little cousins and this sweet waitress who wasn't even ours played and messed around with all of us with was nice but then she brought a cake for everyone and was so nice and when I came back again with diffrent people she gave everyone a cake slice id choice despit not being our waiter

We visited again on 10.14.23 for dinner! We finally had the coveted table right along the river windows and not a single freighter went by! Everything was perfect from our fleet footed hostess who out-paced this old infantry veteran in that long walk from the hostess station to the river edge table. I explained I believe I could have kept up if we both had a 120 # backpack and we both laughed! We both had the lake perch (broiled) and it's the best I've had in a long time! Our server (waitress) was a joy to talk with and we had some very interesting 2 minute discussions. The name on the check was Elizabeta but she said she prefers Lisa (or would that be Liza?) I will just call her awesome and she put the final touches on a great dinner and a wonderful evening. Now, if the freighters would have just co operated. We try to get up here (from Monroe) a couple of times a year to do some freighter photos and this has always been a go to restaurant for us and I believe it's even better than it's been in the past. Thank you to the entire staff and especially to Miss Fleet of Foot hostess and of course to Lisa-Liza-Elizabeta!!!

Beautiful view, very nice environment. Food is great, service is great and the prices are very reasonable. A great place for a cocktail or a family dinner. Versatile and enjoyable. They had great pizza!

I went to this place because I heard it was haunted, so my group of 5 stopped for dinner before a ghost hunt in Port Huron. We were able to reserve a table which was socially distanced and the staff were covid compliant with masks and proper distancing.

I heard the perch was the best in town and it didn't disappoint! It was perfectly breaded, flaky and well seasoned. They also had the most delicious loaded mashed potatoes and a really nice variety of hearty salads. My cousin had a seasonal special salad that I drooled over the entire time. It had on it bacon, grilled chicken, pralines, blueberries, and a variety of fresh seasonal fruits and veggies. Every item we tried was tasty and well-portioned.

We didn't explore the haunted aspects of the place, but it did have that feeling that many people make this place their 'home away from home' getaway for homecooked meals. I wouldn't be surprised if the occasional regular was in spirit!

I recommend this place for a cozy family dinner or even a romantic dinner for two, as the views out the large windowed wall were spectacular!

The Riviera has the perfect location in downtown Marine City, located right on the river! You can enjoy the beautiful scenery and watch the freighters go by from their patio or indoor seating. The menu is priced fairly with a HUGE SELECTION for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The cocktails are creative, great quality, and crafted well by the bartenders. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is inviting! A few menu highlights are the Calamari (app), Fish and Chips (fried fresh perch), and the French Onion Soup! Can’t wait to visit again!

Awesome service and awesome food! Haven’t been here in years, stopped in tonight and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was completely remodeled very modern and nice. Way better. Will be back
