I can’t recommend/ thank the people here enough. I’ve been having transmission issues for about a year and the other dealership I was going to kept saying there wasn’t an issue or would just do a “software update”. Dick’s confirmed in less than a day that I did have a transmission issue and then worked with MOPAR to get it covered by warranty. The entire process was wonderful. From making an appointment to pick up every single employee I spoke with on the phone or in the building was extremely friendly. I know where I will be going from now on and would suggest anyone else to do the same. Also, the lobby is the nicest one I’ve ever seen. It’s like you’re stepping in the lobby of a 5 star hotel. I might come back just to read a book in the lobby sometime :)

The dealership experience was amazing. Sam Mensor was absolutely incredible to work with on the lease of my new 2024 RAM 1500 Night Edition. He got me into a vehicle that I wanted, that had more options than I expected at a really nice lease. He definitely made my experience enjoyable. I will be telling my family and friends about Sam and to go see him when they are ready to get a new vehicle to lease or purchase. I also loved how my new RAM was waiting for me in the customer delivery garage and not outside. Awesome way to make the customer feel like they’re FIRST CLASS! I will be coming back again to lease or purchase for sure.

Was in a crunch because my lease was up and extending it was out of the question. Ryan Tolitsky had what I wanted and got it in the price range I wanted to be in. Monique was great with all the paperwork and showing me the new features on my new truck. Holly from the finance department was great to work with and we even shared some laughs! Leased from them before and definitely will lease/buy from them again!

Sarah, In used cars made buying a Dodge Ram very easy. This is my second Ram that I have purchased from her and she was quick to help and very accommodating with my schedule. The showroom was remodeled since my last visit and it looks amazing. The free Starbucks coffee/Latte/hot chocolate maker is great for customers who are waiting.

My only mini complaint is with their website. When I tried to get information on a couple of vehicles that I was interested in, I did not get any response. Idk, maybe something is wrong with the website.

My overall experience was a good one. I would recommend family and friends to this dealer. I’ll see you again in a few years. Thanks for everything!

This was absolutely the easiest and smoothest car purchase I’ve ever made. I wasn’t stuck sitting for hours while paperwork was being processed. I was in and out within an hour. Tom G made everything run seemingly.

I pulled in an hour before the service department was to close. Needed the oil change. My service advisor Cat assured me that they could get it done if I’d be willing to wait. Which was no problem… after all, I didn’t have an appointment! I was out in 45 minutes! Brand new facility/remodel. Looks great!!!

I was on a time crunch to get a new vehicle, and Sam M. did a great job getting it all done for me in a few hours. Appreciated the time he spent driving me around the lot to show me the options, and answering my questions. I never felt pressured into a decision, and was kept well informed of the different price options. The dealership itself was welcoming and looked brand new after its remodel. The amount of vehicles they had on their lot was far more than other dealerships I had looked at previously, which was helpful to not feel pressured into settling on something.

I had a bolt in my tire and the gentleman at the service department was able to quickly get me in same day and got the tire warranted as I purchased the tire warranty and re-installed new tire and back onto my vehicle and with a car wash to boot. Friendly, Courteous staff and very professional. While I was waiting, I was visited by my salesman and had a great conversation about the newly remodeled dealership. Will recommended this dealership to other folks as well. Great Job!

Dave T and Josh were great. Made sure the car was spotless before I took it home. Clearly explained everything I needed to know. Lee in financing was informative as well. I looked at the car Wednesday, put a deposit down and brought it home Friday.

Service was professional and quick! It was a delightful experience and the service waiting area is top notch - I couldn’t have cared less if my vehicle took longer 😂. Also I was there for one of my Jeep Wave free tire rotations and oil changes and they gave me the invoice showing what the charge would have been if it wasn’t free and I don’t think I could find any other place that could compete with them!!

From schedule to pickup they were seamless! Took my Pacifica in for hood rust and paint repair. It took 8 months to get in because it’s a common issue so they have a long wait.
I walked in, checked in my car and a porter was waiting to take me to get my loaner. Got to the service station, walked in and waited a few mins for my loaner and was on my way all within 20 mins.
Went to pick up my vehicle and the service garage worker came right over, inspected my loaner and a porter was waiting to take me back to the plant shop. Very friendly. Got to the paint shop and my keys were waiting and I was out with all in 15 mins! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Paint job was superb!
