My experience at this dental office was truly exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant one. The doctors are not only highly skilled but also take the time to explain each procedure step by step, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my appointments. I highly recommend this dental office for their exceptional care and professionalism!

Where to begin... First of all, they got us in super quick. We have had horrible experiences with other dentists, and we were all so relieved when we arrived. The staff here are AMAZING! Doc is caring, gentle, and explains everything. No surprises, they are very transparent. I have never had my kiddo get happy to see her dantist...she is now. From fear of dentists, to mouth fears, the entire staff help to relax those fears away!!! I would recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you so much to the whole crew at Tru!!!

Hello! It was my daughter first time at this Dentist because she graduated from the dental office next door to Tru, She was feeling a little sad from leaving her old dental office but the staff at Tru Family Dental made everything so comfortable, so nice and pleasant! she was happy and felt safe!

I wanted to send a big thanks to the staff at Tru Family Dental on Schoolcraft in Livonia. On a Friday I had a crown come off. My regular dentist was closed, so I looked around and called locally. Unfortunately, no one was open, but I WAS able to go online and make an appointment for first thing that following Monday. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by Marci who was working very quickly to get my paperwork and insurance all setup. Then I met maybe the friendliest dental assistant ever, Chyna. She got me all setup and ready for Dr. M. He was also really great and explained what was going on with my crown and put it back on with ease.

To sum up, I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist. But the team at Tru Family Dental Livonia, really made the experience a good one.

I have been receiving excellent dental care at Tru Family Dental (Livonia) for several years now after my former Dentist retired! I am very pleased they are here, and I highly recommend them to anyone that requires great dental services!

This place is great! Dr Ruchin and all of his staff are friendly and professional. They take their appointments on time and there’s no reason to be nervous. It’s a very modern facility and no pain…seriously even the shots didn’t really hurt today, or the extraction. It had been over two years since my teeth were cleaned due to Covid, and I needed a deeper cleaning several weeks ago. Absolutely no discomfort. I recommend them highly. Don’t be nervous if you’ve been putting things off!

Im so afraid of dentists office's but i had no Anxitey when i walked in and discussing my treatment super warm and friendly staff and the dr was super cool made me feel at ease... Hopefully when i come back and have a root canal its painless....

The staff is incredibly friendly. Marcy at the front desk is helpful and positive. China the dental assistant was very professional. The Doctor was knowledgeable and offered some good tips. The technology is cutting edge.

Dr. Ruchin is an excellent dentist who has gone out of his way to help me save money on the expensive dental work that I need. I feel he has a lot of integrity as a person. His dental assistants & office staff are very friendly & professional as well.

Tru family dental was the best/most comfortable experiences I've ever had at the dentist. Everyone was so nice and very accommodating, especially to someone who is very nervous about going to the dentist. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a dentist!

Dr. Black and the entire staff was so friendly, I called and talked to Emily she was able to get me in quickly. My daughter, who is 3 years old, and I had cleanings with Lisa. She was so gentle and really took her time with the both of us, especially because it was my daughter’s first visit. My wisdom teeth extractions went so smoothly I was apprehensive at first but Madison made sure I felt comfortable prior to the procedure and was very detailed with post op care instructions. My daughter and I are now going to be forever patients here! I highly recommend this office the staff is great and the care is compassionate and thorough.

Dr. Ruchin is great! Explains every procedure and has you decide your options. Jennifer (hygienist) was so kind and efficient. Made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Marcy, the receptionist, is pleasant, informative and very professional. Instead of dreading, I'm excited about my future appointments!

Wonderful experience! Both Lisa and Dr. Mandiwala’s team are excellent! No surprise bills everything is laid out in a no pressure environment! I had a filling at my last appointment and needed a shot! I barely felt it! The office is tidy and the staff is friendly! Definitely a great option if you need a dentist!

I have always been scared of the dentist but the staff in there makes me feel very safe. Jennifer is so cool, Marcy is very sweet and patient, and Dr. Mandiwala is excellent! Overall I love the entire team and I'm glad my family found them! :)

I cannot recommend this dentist enough!!!! Every single person at this practice is extremely helpful and friendly. Marcie in the front office helped me out tremendously during my initial phone call and went the extra mile to provide amazing customer service. They do amazing, pain free work at a great price! I no longer worry about taking a trip to the dentist and my fear of the dentist was gone from my very first visit here!
