Park Dental Hermantown

Lovely facility, clean and quiet, but the staff and dentists is where they shine. Dr. Nothongkham is going a long way to almost completely alleviating my dental anxiety, and I have not been to the dentist in many years so it is severe. She is amazing, and the hygienists and assistants are as well, all the way up to the receptionists. I'm very pleased with everyone here--they are incredible, they communicate so well about everything, and they clearly care for their patients. Thank you!

I have been going here for about 18 months and have been happy with their expertise and service. It is a new building with a large waiting room. Location is easy to get to with ample parking. Would recommend if looking for a dental office.

Dentist Jennifer and her assistant were so great! Calmed me down soo much while having my tooth pulled, polite, professional, and very nice🙂

I have been a happy patient at Hermantown Dental for many years and it keeps getting better. The team work together to make your visit a pleasant experience. They also use the most modern and up-to-date equipment. Digital X-rays are so much better than the old film versions.

Haven’t had to wait over 10 minutes for them to be ready for my appointment. Hygienists are caring and help you feel as comfortable as dental work can allow. Receptionist is always super friendly and nice.

I don't like going to the Dentist, but I have to, so I'm glad I have Hermantown Dental. Doc Idziorek has seen me for about 30 years. His staff has changed, of course, but all of them have been professional. The hygenists are polite and thorough. The office staff has been prompt and courteous. The Doc is perfect for me. Has a no-nonsense, to-the-point style. I'm in & out quickly. Doc provides options, which I like. He knows what I need & I trust him. Price is a little higher than some, but worth it. Highly recommend you give Hermantown Dental a chance.

Really liked this dentist. Was very nice place to go to.

We just moved to the area and needed a new dentist. I scheduled appointments for myself, my husband, and our son. The dentist and hygienist were okay, but the office and the way they handle insurance claims and communication are horrible.

First example: my husband had a follow up appointment scheduled and arrived at the office to discover they were short handed and didn’t bother to call and let us know even though they knew hours in advance.

Another example: They didn’t confirm what was and was not covered by insurance properly. I told them fluoride treatment wasn’t covered repeatedly and they kept asking and pushing asking “are you sure?” Yes, and they should also know if they do the proper checking. I gave them all of our records from our previous dentist immediately when requested. 4 months later, they still hadn’t submitted claims to insurance properly. I had to send the same exact paperwork to Park Dental repeatedly. When I asked why this kept happening their office couldn’t give an answer, and worse, didn’t offer a simple apology or any assurance they would make sure to take care of it. I asked for the office manager to contact me directly about it and I’m still waiting for a call.

We also experienced problems with their billing that’s taken weeks to resolve. I’ve wasted so much time and energy on it.

We will be finding a new dentist because this office is run so poorly.

Dr. Patterson was rather condescending while offering advice on oral care while also lacking on equipping patients with proper knowledge on oral care after a surgery. Not sure thats something I want from someone providing oral Healthcare.
