Duluth International Airport

Super great check in thanks to Maggie! Easy as cake and if you have any questions the entire airport is willing to help. Grabbed a drink upstairs with more great customer service and was sent off the right way. Thanks Duluth!

I generally enjoy flying in and out of DLH. It's small enough to get in and out quickly, but large enough to have a nice boarding area with tables to get some work done, a small restaurant, and a small bar. The one thing I can't figure out is whether it is Black Bear Country or Bulldog Country (see pics below). One would think that a final choice has to be made. For my part, I'd vote for Bulldog country.

I've always had good experiences here, whether leaving, picking people up, or dropping them off. The staff have been polite and easy-going. They were even super nice about it when my parents realized they hadn't signed their passports before getting to the airport! (And they lent them a pen right away). The waiting area before security is relatively small, so on a busy day it would be good to arrive early to pick people up.

Nice clean non crowded airport. Good layout. Loved the historical statues. Bathrooms clean

Duluth International is a small regional airport about 10 minutes away from downtown Duluth.
The security screening is quick and easy, and there is plenty of seating once you get gate side.
There is only one store/restaurant but it has all the essential travel sundries that one might need.
Bathrooms are also extremely clean and well maintained.
I would not hesitate to fly through this airport again.

Great time! We had terrific weather for the air show on Sunday. Amazing show. Thunderbirds never disapoint. Can't for our next airshow.

Small airport, easy to navigate. Friendly staff

I love being able to fly out of a professional, clean airport not overwhelmed by the masses. It's so much calmer and reassuring.

I rate this airport as one of THE most convenient to get to, check-in. It’s just easy, period. The one caveat is don’t get comfortable with the swift process and assume you can cut it close. The ticket counter is manned by the same person working the gate. Miss that 40-45 min window to check-in and you’ll be standing at the counter wondering where they are and of course you’ll miss that flight. BUT back to the crux of it all. DLH is a joy use. Simple and efficient.

Always great service. Even though there were Mechanical issues that made my arrival time late to Chicago, and the connecting flight, they were still friendly and helpful in booking another flight for me. Am grateful that safety comes first. I wanted to touch someone non therapeutically behind me who did nothing but complain the entire time. Thank you, Duluth airport employees who work so hard

Though the flights travel only to Chicago and Minneapolis, it is a small, calm and neat airport!

For a small local airport, it's really nice. Efficient, excellent staff, nicely laid out and easy to navigate.

Great small town airport that hardly has any crowds but still comes with the big time airport service you would expect from professionals.

Great little airport, love these places where you can show up an hour before your flight and walk on. Friendly people, an opportunity for a quick bite to eat and have a drink.

This review is for the Duluth Air Show. Simply amazing! The way they have it setup is really cool. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and they even made room 7nder the tent for a disabled vet who was sitting out in the sun. Real class act!

Definitely going.again next year!

I loved this airport! Of all the ones I've been to, the people here are the most friendly and helpful. It's a small airport, and easy to navigate. TSA are very friendly (unlike other airports). The way they have their rental car setup is great, not confusing to find your car or drop it off when returning. I would love to fly in here again someday.

This airport is clean, quiet. Security is fast, so is airline ticket counters. There are plenty of quality seats. But, ask yourself a question, "is there a bad airport in Minnesota?" This state sets the standard for the country. Thank you to all essential workers. I highly recommend!!!

Modern, convenient, clean, efficient, easy to navigate quickly, great staff, and with just enough amenities/services to keep you satisfied as you wait for your flight. I really wish there were one or two more routes offered (not the airport's fault), as I would never fly out of the Twin-Cities if this was an option. I wouldn't want it to get too busy though, as it'd take away from the efficiency and peacefulness that comes with flying out of here.

It's a very nice airport with a small town feel. A bit limited, but they do have food and plenty of seating with good electrical access for charging devices.
