I just panicked after realizing I made a mistake in my booking and called Groome for help to figure it out. They quickly helped me reschedule my shuttle and fix the mistake, which was such a financial relief! The customer service was helpful and kind. I believe her name was Taylor! I always have great experiences with Groome.

Excellent experience everything. Need more service between 12am-5am from Minneapolis to Groom office. Employees have great personality and very helpful with one's needs or help.

This shuttle service is efficient, professional, and cares about their customers! Carrie was my driver and he made sure I arrived to Duluth on time and was very kind and friendly. He was more than happy to drive me on the 4th of July to where I needed to be and was very professional. It was an easy trip. I highly recommend Groome!

These folks saved us a ton. Sun Country/Landline Busses left us stranded at MSP. Don (driver) and Groome got us back to Duluth DLH for $60 per person.

The representative with whom I booked the ticket was pleasant. I’m not sure finite was the same person when I called again a couple of hours later to change the time of departure, but they changed it without any issues. The bus is incredibly comfortable and clean. The driver was very nice and professional, and drove safely! I highly recommend Groome Transportation without any hesitation.

Excellent service and an efficient way to get between Duluth/Minneapolis if you don’t want to drive between the cities or need to keep your car at home. Minimal stops so much quicker, cleaner and quieter than a bus with a guaranteed stop in Hinkley for a short break. I was surprised it really didn’t take much longer than we I drove myself as they only go to stops that are scheduled by someone in the van (i.e. if no one is getting off in North Branch, they skip it). I wish I knew about this service earlier.

Great experience. The drivers are so friendly and kind. They really go out of their way to make your travel experience comfortable and as hassle free as possible. I was worried because it was my first time taking the Shuttle, but the experience far exceeded my expectations. I would MOST definitely use and recommend this service to others.

Skyline is a wonderful service. The drivers are very courteous and kind. I forgot my purse and had to be dropped off so that I could get it. The driver was very sweet, arranged for my reservation to be open so that I could rebook, and even called the next shuttle to let them know. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling from Minneapolis to Duluth and all points in between.

Couldn't be more happy with the fantastic service provided! The drivers are excellent, always courteous and helpful to the max! I walk with a cane and need extra assistance which is always provided in a caring and thoughtful manner. Have been using Skyline Shuttle for years and would not even consider any other shuttle service. Great job, guys! (and gals). The office staff is also always courteous and helpful.

GROOME is always on time. Nice clean vans. Super Friendly drivers. Very helpful office staff (my plane was late and I was worried about missing the shuttle-they were reassuring and helpful letting me know there was another an hour later and they would put me on that if I missed my connection)
We use them several times a year from Minneapolis to Duluth for our family trips home to visit. Always recommend them to people. Much more cost effective than car rental.

I don't go on trips very often, I was a bit worried about taking a shuttle at 1:15 A.M.! My driver chatted a bit, then let me be, he would just say what we would be doing next, he encouraged me on being able to get to the shuttle on my way back. It worked out well. The lady who helped on the phone was excellent in helping me choose the proper time. I would recommend Groomed to everyone.

This was so convenient! Usually I would rent a car & it would sit all week unused and cost so much more than the shuttle. The driver, Tom was very nice & they were so accommodating, the shuttle was booked & our flight was early, they sent another shuttle over to pick a few of us up so we didn’t have to hang around waiting. Cammy in the office was great as well with getting that done! I will use them every time from now on! So much nicer to sit back & be a passenger after spending all day traveling!

Dude Jerry is the absolute goat and waited an extra 10-15 min for me and my bro when our flight got delayed🤝also big shout out to the lady on the phone who was willing to transfer me to another bus if we missed ours🫡

We took an extended vacation and didn't want to leave our car parked at the airport for that length of time. Friends had recommended that we use Groome Shuttle. So we did. The van was clean, the driver was friendly and professional and he helped load and unload our luggage. We even stopped halfway for a quick bathroom stop. On our return flight, we were able to get through customs fairly quick and was able to book an earlier shuttle which got us home sooner. I was very happy with the service.i will use them again.
