Miller Hill Dental

Miller Hill Dental is a great place! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The Dentists are very knowledgeable, kind, and informative. They communicate with you every step of the way and actually explain to you whats going on with your teeth in terms anyone can understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants new positive outlook on dentistry.

Every time I have gone there, the staff has always been unbelievably kind. They remember your name, they are very laid back, and they are so patient. I drive over an hour just to go to them because they have always made me feel comfortable and content. They are understanding to any wants or needs I have with my mouth chompers. 10/10 worth every trip.

I called to see if they were taking new patients and told them I was having tooth pain and got me in the next day to figure put what the issue is. Once I was seen they came up with needing a root canal and were able to schedule me in two weeks. It was a very warm inviting atmosphere there. They also offer comfort care there which includes many things to help you be comfortable there. I have been to a few different dentists in my life and this one seems above and beyond your average dental office.

This place deserves more than 5 stars. I have SUCH bad dental anxiety which means I've neglected dental health for years. Unfortunately I am paying for that at this point. My husband goes here and he suggested I go here as well. I figured it was gonna be another place where I chicken out because I feel uncomfortable. It was the total opposite. They made me feel SO comfortable and talked me through literally everything. I woke up on the day I had to have 2 fillings put in and walked right in, let them give me the numbing shot, and drill away with ZERO anxiety. I ran into an issue with insurance and they went absolutely above and beyond for me which literally brought me to tears after I walked out as I've never been shown such kindness at a facility like this before and I am so thankful for them. Without them, I'd have an infected tooth that would have put me and my baby in harms way. They are so gentle and I highly recommend them to anyone that also has super bad dental anxiety. Best group I've ever encountered and I wish every facility was like this.

My wife and I moved to Duluth a little over a year ago. Thus needed to search for a new dentist. I have been putting it off due to the fact that as a 55 yr old man, I turn into a little boy inside when it comes to going to the dentist, not my favorite thing to do, I get anxious. Recently my daughter and son-in-law went to Miller Hill Dental (both of whom have dentist visit aversion too), and they both had RAVE reviews. They could not say enough about how positive their experience was and how comfortable they were made to feel. Based on their experience, I made my appointment. I have to say that not only was this the best experience I had at the dentist, (and this says a lot as my previous dentist was very good), but overall it was the best customer service experience I have had from start to finish - this too says a lot. The communication prior to the appointment, prompt responses to questions, the friendly greetings when entering the building, someone coming into the waiting room to get you (vs. just yelling your name), the professional service when in the chair, setting up next appointments, and a gift bag on the way out welcoming me as a new customer - I have to say it was incredible. Enough so, that after I got into my vehicle to leave, I paused, went back in the building, simply to tell them how wonderful the whole experience was and to say "thank you". After the experience my family and I have had - I cannot recommend Miller Hill Dental enough!!!

Dr. Miller and his staff are professional, courteous, helpful, accommodating and competent. They worked me in for an emergency dental problem. Talk to Miller is gentle call mom tells you what sensation you will feel, let you know what he is doing, and asked you whether you are comfortable at every point. I absolutely recommend them with the highest accolades. The office is also very comfortable and welcoming.

We’ve been taking our kids here since the beginning and they LOVE going to the dentist, which is amazing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. In the 8 years we’ve been going, we haven’t had a single bad experience. These teeth are very well cared for! We would (and do) recommend to anyone.

Everyone here is so incredibly friendly and chill. I was also made to feel comfortable after not being seen by a dentist and dental office for over a decade. These guys put you at ease, make you feel welcome and calm. Honestly a great experience. Atmosphere is wonderfully calm and gorgeous as well. Well done guys! I’m very impressed!

I was nervous as I had not been to the dentist in a long long time but everyone was very friendly and accommodating. No harsh judgement toward the amount of tartar I had or anything. Overall great and friendly service making me feel comfortable with everything that was done

i have a real phobia of dentists. i have to say they were amazing from the time I walked through the door. I have follow up work to have done and feel so much better knowing how kind and patient they are. Highly recommended.

In my 30 years of life I truly have never felt so welcomed. Sad that it's at a dentist but, not the point. From the moment you call the generosity and kindness starts to show. We get appointments as soon as we need. When I had an emergency tooth pain situation they got me in the same day, got it all fixed up. I felt welcomed, and I felt like my anxieties were addressed very well. The staff were all very educated and friendly! We are very excited to start making this our families dentist!

My family and I had the best experience at Miller hill dental. I recently went in for a routine check up and left feeling great about the cleaning Trish gave me that day. I highly recommend giving them a call to make an appointment. Miller Hill Dental is absolutely amazing!🦷😀

I really can’t say enough good things about this dental office. They have taken great care of my husband, 5yr old, and I (for both emergent and routine care). My son actually asks to go to the dentist! I’m so, so grateful! :)

Was able to get my daughter in for a cleaning and check up as a new patient relatively easy and fast while there I mentioned I had an issue with my tooth and they were willing to get me in that same morning. I called my dentist and still haven’t heard back from them.
Needless to say, all my family is registered to go here now the staff, both office and dental were amazing and beyond professional
Great experience!

I ended up a patient of Miller Hill Dental due to my front Crown coming loose. It needed to be cemented back in place. Dr Kotter has been so great with informing me in detail about my best options. I am a question asker and he's not failed in easing my mind for the implant process.
Miranda, the dental hygienist I've seen has lived up to her "meet the team. profile". It describes her as most dedicated in her class and she brings this to her great work cleaning my teeth so thoroughly and she is so nice. Today I met with Dr Koshick. Again I left feeling a part of their family of patients. Don't get me started on the warm, cheerfull gals I see upon entering the building.
Josie and Genesis are who I would like my office to have as patient care I coordinator's if I had a practice. Actually I wish I could carry them around in my pocket as they’re so cute and just make my day brighter! Their attitudes and personalities sparkle as much as my teeth. Pun intended!

All of the staff are very polite and knowledgeable and Dr. Kotter is great. The recently remodeled inside looks really nice! I highly recommend Miller Hill Dental.
