Short Review: Very kind people that have done everything they can to help us get the coverage we need while maintaining our budget. Always quick to answer the phone, and beyond helpful.

A year ago my partner and I were determined after years of saving to buy our first house. When we did we of course needed insurance. Having been with a previous provider for years without ever making a claim we felt confident that we could add homeowners insurance with no problems. We were very mistaken.

After a couple months of stress, our old provider finally just dropped our plan, leaving us only a month to find new insurance for everything. We reached out to a couple places, but it was the Statefarm here in Duluth that took the time to get back with us. We met Jake (not joking) the first time after they had already closed their office for the day. Jake was kind enough to stay almost two hours later so we could come after work. He walked us through all of our options, and worked hard on finding us the best choices for our tight budget.

In the year we have been working with him, he had been prompt and professional with all communication. If we had any questions Jake would always answer immediately and thoroughly. He even called me on my birthday. I can’t recommend this insurance provider enough, and I am very grateful for all they have done for us.

I initially met Chenay, which was a great find, but after I met Ken Stowe in a sitdown meeting, I’m moving my business car and life insurance over to State Farm. Last winter while traveling down south I had an accident with my RV. I was devastated, I called my insurance agent and they got got 2 large tow trucks to pull me out of the ditch, I had to have a windshield replaced and some body work done. They help me on everything. My insurance agent went way up and beyond the call of duty. I cannot express how much they helped me get everything returned back to normal. I can tell you this I won’t be switching insurance companies not when I have one this good.

Ken was super informative and helpful while I inquired about setting up and switching some policies.
