Allan was fantastic! Followed up on my initial voice-mail in a timely manner, and was able to accurately quote me on my car with the picture I sent. There was a scheduling conflict and he was able to fit me in within the same week (actually on a weekend). On reviewing my car at pickup, he noticed a flawed tint and immediately offered to address it right then. I appreciate the honesty, integrity, and pride in his work. 10/10 will come back for a ceramic coat in a few months.
