Seamless process both picking up and dropping off. So easy to do the online check in then head straight to select a vehicle, skipping the kiosk. The young lady that helped to select the car and get us moving is an asset to your team. The Ford Expedition was spotless and a pleasure to drive.

Reception rep and the person in charge of getting our vehicle ready were great! Moved us quickly ensuring our van was clean. Returning vehicle was quick and team member was friendly and assisted with easy directions to check in at airport.

I was 100% satisfied with my recent Alamo car rental. The price was the same as the original quote. They didn’t suddenly demand extra money at the time of pick-up. I opted to use their expedited pick-up process. As a result, I didn’t have to wait at the check in counter. I went straight to the rental lot. Although the small suv I had ordered wasn’t there, the gentleman showed me a variety of mid-sized suvs. I was able to select one of those without paying extra. The car was extremely clean without any scratches or dents. Checkin was equally smooth. Miskey greeted me and processed everything within minutes. Alamo is now my new favorite car rental company.

Alamo at Minneapolis Saint Paul airport was stellar! Every person who helped us had a smile on their face, was very friendly and professional, and above all else, got us through the process in about three minutes flat. Head and shoulders above another well-known car rental brand that we’ve been using for years who have steadily gone downhill and took an average of an hour per time the last several times we rented a car from them. Dante, Delicia & Ty where all wonderful. Definitely switching to Alamo for all our rental car needs from here on out and especially at MSP!

The staff at this location is amazing, friendly, responsive, and makes the overall experience wonderful. We had a small issue with our rental and they more than made up for it. If we are ever back in Minneapolis we will definitely rent from Alamo again.

I always have a great experience with Alamo. Renting online to picking up at the airport is easygoing, the vehicles available are always nice, newer vehicles, and the customer service is great.

At Alamo they ate always so accommodating. I grabbed a car a week ago and I didn't smell the smoke in it until I turned on the heater. I grabbed some air fresheners and it worked. When I returned the car they credited me some money. Thanks for making it right!

A shout out to Lucia and Chris Similhomme! Staff at this Alamo location, MSP Airport, couldn't have been more considerate and helpful. Lucia helping us with a larger vehicle was great as we had grandchildren coming in and needed more space. Also above and beyond, she located my phone I left at her counter and with the help of others , Chris as well, it was returned to me before we left the parking garage! Chris finding a suitable car for us was perfect! Many thanks for their time and patience as we were out of our comfort zone and they made the process so easy!

It was so easy to rent the car. We just walked into the terminal, got in the car of our choice, and drove out- just like advertised. The selection was great and the service was just as good.

Hats off to -- and a big thanks -- to Chris at the pick-up location. Last Thursday I rented with Alamo. When I got into the Nissan car assigned by Chris, I was totally unfamiliar with their technology. I returned to their outdoor office and asked for help. Chris came with me to the car and insisted he sit in the passenger seat while I sat in the drivers seat. He then worked with me to identify how to engage GPS; connect my phone; etc. He knew things I'd never have guessed. And he did it with professionalism and courtesy! Sincere thanks to Chris. I'll be back to Alamo because of his customer care.

Pick up and drop off was really easy. I skipped the counter. Car was ready in a few minutes. Staff were friendly and professional.

There were several people ahead of me but a new counter was opened right away. Donny at the counter had my rental ready to go literally in minutes. When I got to the garage, an employee offered to bring my car around so I didn't have to walk to it. He gave me his card and said to call him personally if there were any problems. That is a very nice touch. The car performed as expected and return was easy and fast.

Outstanding service from everyone at Alamo MSP. Thanks to Jack for going out of his way to help me with a minor issue when picking up the vehicle, and to Keshia for friendly and efficient service when dropping off the vehicle. I will definitely be using Alamo at MSP again and so should you!

Pick up was a breeze. Car was clean and new - 3 months old. Ryan made drop off easy and quick. Will rent again.

It was a great vehicle, good price and excellent drop off experience. The folks in State College were friendly and made the process so easy.

The early checkin is amazing. I was running late for an appointment and this process was extremely fast, as was the checkin at the airport. Will use Alamo again.

The rental process itself with smooth. Pete at the Minneapolis Airport location was very helpful. Interestingly, we got a flat tire the second day. Since we were fairly close to the airport, they sent a driver out with a second car to exchange with our rental car. That made all the difference in getting to a family reunion on time. Great follow through on Alamo's part and at no extra charge!

A great experience from beginning to end. No line to check in & Lucia handled the paperwork efficiently & quickly & clearly explained the details. Luke helped me locate the car, put my suitcase in the trunk & took time to adjust the seat & explain the various controls. At the end of my rental, Matt unloaded my suitcase, quickly processed the final bill & kindly directed me to baggage claim. The airports were super busy because of the holiday, but each Alamo representative was courteous, patient & helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Alamo again.

Everything went very smoothly. I used a Kiosk to check in which moved much quicker than the line of people waiting to pick up their car at midnight.
