Econo Lodge Duluth near Miller Hill Mall

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to all of my needs throughout the entirety of my stay. The price was a good having Continental Breakfast included and a pool. I felt very safe with the location and staff at this property. It was great for travelers and people coming for work. I overheard a desk staff talking about weekly rates. I was very satisfied with my stay and will be back.

A great place to stay. Price was right. Great updates this past year with new ownership. Carpet gone, vinyl plank in reception area and hallways. Staff were great. Usual foods for breakfast and well stocked. We booked before we read the poor past reviews. Glad we didn’t cancel.

I appreciated the parking lot being paved. The orange and the lemon flavored water in the lobby was a delight! The new paint in the lobby was a nice touch. Everett is an asset to your team. We enjoyed the breakfast and our stay.

This is one of the best econolodge's I have ever stayed at. $55 come on! Clean and modern. Don't hesitate to book here..

Great place for the price not a lot for hot food for breakfast but you’re getting what you pay for really. Room was clean looked nice. pool and hot tub. Good budget hotel!!

Ben and Jeremy were more than accommodating with our massive families needs and requests. Every T was crossed and every I was dotted! Can’t wait to come back

The rooms are what you would expect for a hotel, clean beds, bathrooms, TV, sink, refrigerator, microwave, desk. I wish they had chairs in the room to sit. They do have a computer chair at the desk but to be able to sit in an arm chair in my room at night and watch TV would be much more comfortable.
The beds are pretty cozy, only downside is I wish they had more pillows. There was only 3 on each.
The pool was warm, clean, and decently sized. Pool area was great my kids had a blast. I only wish the hot tub was running but apparently that hasn't been up and running in long time. As I have back issues I would have made the stay even more enjoyable to soak in.
Breakfast is exactly as you would expect for free continental breakfast.
Overall the employees are fantastic. They are so friendly and helpful

This was a last minute booking for work. Staff was super polite, there were issues with my room but they didn't have anywhere else to put me at the time. A few hours in and they got me another room as soon as they could officially declare someone didn't show up for their reservation. Rooms were clean, water pressure and temp was great, fast internet.

They are so wonderful! We needed a sudden refund due to change of plans, and they were amazing to work with! The room was excellent and I would stay here again!!!

I was surprised. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom fixtures were all new and very clean. Even had nice, new-feeling fluffy towels. The outside isn't confidence inspiring, and the commons areas are dated, but the room itself was nice -- nicer than the more expensive places we stayed earlier in our trip. Would stay here again.

We had a last minute change in vacation and decided to come up to Duluth! Breanne(sp) was so great taking our reservation. We asked for a 1st floor room, which she kindly said that she did not have. When we got there and checked in, the front desk noticed my mother in law having trouble with the stairs. Instead of doing nothing, they made special arrangements and cleaned a room especially for us on the first floor. Amazing!! Thank

I got stuck at the airport and had to get a room. This place was a nice older hotel, but it was comfortable and the staff was super nice, and inexpensive. They do have military discounts, an indoor pool, and a separate restaurant in their parking lot. Its very close to a Hilton Express if you want to get gouged, but I would stay here anytime.

The cleaning people need to check behind end table by the beds there was dirty paper plates. The other disappointment was the hot tub not working the biggest reason I chose to stay there

Management at this location was extremely helpful & very considerate. VERY appreciative of them and their professionalism.

My daughter was stranded from getting back to her house due to snow storms...we got her a room remotely, and she said it was a very nice hotel with a VERY nice breakfast, while being a spur of the moment choice, close to where she was at the moment, it wound up a great choice. Her and her roommate stayed comfortable, and had a nice warm breakfast on what would otherwise be a very trying night for a very reasonable price.

It's definitely a 2 star property, but the staff all acted like it was a 5 star. They were so courteous, friendly, and professional. The breakfast spread is awesome - waffles, yogurt, bagels, drinks galore, eggs, meat, fresh fruit, cereal. The cook even came out and offered both my kids choices of coloring books and their own bag of crayons. Don't judge a book by it's cover, the people make this place great!

Nice room, and friendly and helpful staff. Short driving distance from downtown and other attractions. Nice pool. This place has all the basics at a good price

It has a "home" feeling to it after you settle in and introduce yourself to the staff, its a family style like business. The GM and Manager of the hotel are amazing, front desk staff she's so friendly and funny. Even the night audit gentleman he's relatable and so down to earth and welcoming too. I thoroughly enjoy the feeling of home with the staff, housekeeping and maintenance even. This place deserves the 5 stars.!

Great experience. Upgraded to a jacuzzi suite for an extra 20 dollars. It was a great experience. Spacious rooms, quiet, beds were amazing and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Pool was nice and everyone was so friendly.

Overall pretty great experience. First hotel I've been to that offers a continental breakfast before 6am, which is nice for workers who are on the job site by 6am. The breakfast was actually amazing too! they had fresh scrambled eggs and cheese, biscuits and gravy, bagels, toast, cinnamon rolls, cereal, wafflemakers, Alot of options. The beds were pretty comfortable and the room has everything you need. The refrigerator in the room was a pretty good size too; not like the tiny ones you normally find in a hotel room. Staff are friendly and always available.
