We absolutely loved our experience here! Excellent customer service-friendly and informative! Huge hot tub and amazing water slide! Pool size was just right! They have coffee and hot water available 24/7! The rooms have lovely art and are modern! We haven’t even had breakfast here yet, but I’m sure it’s wonderful! They even had a toothbrush and tooth paste for us that we forgot!

Would definitely stay again. My favorite thing about the room were the bed and the pillows. Very comfortable crisp sheets that DID NOT smell like bleach. Just perfect for my sensitive nose. Our room faced the outside fireplace, which added to the ambience. We just stayed over one night to be near the airport for an early flight. We had dinner at the Outback which is in the same parking lot. That was convenient. It was a clean updated room with a mini fridge and microwave. Staff was very friendly. Keep up the great work.

We stayed here last night (12/29) and had my son's 3rd birthday party today (12/30)
I was very impressed with the service that was provided, the front desk ladies were kind, and helped a lot multiple times.
Breakfast was good.
If I had one thing I wish they would fix though is the water slide hours. I would have loved to slide down it last night but its only open 6a-11am and 7p-10pm, unless there is a birthday party. So luckily we got to use it today!
We will book again, we plan to spend a week here this next summer, and have his 4th birthday party here next winter <3

I rent the conference room 4 to 5 times a year and I find the staff and service to be excellent. They have a diagram of how my room is supposed to be set up and it is always so when I get there. Refreshments are right on time and well stocked. The cleanup staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Front desk is very responsive with receipts and with booking new dates.

This hotel was about 2 blocks away from where I needed to be. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and bright. Shower had really good water pressure. Hotel breakfast was well stocked. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

The hotel was clean, the front desk was polite. My favorite part was that they don't allow birthday parties at the pool, it was never overcrowded but we were there on a Sunday. To change the temp in the room you must hold down the up or down arrow, took a while bit to figure that out.

Was in town for an on site baby shower. Staff was amazing. Room and meeting room was great.

So far so good, the hotel is clean, staff is friendly and pool had a nice slide. Hotel policy was upheld and kids were asked to leave the pool at 10 and adults had pool access from 10 to midnight, nice touch.

Very nice amenities, including a large breakfast area and a pool with a large slide and a separate toddler pool. Staff are super accommodating and kind. We've come here two years in a row for our children's birthday parties and will continue to do so, it's a great hotel!

The room was clean.
The beds are comfortable.
The rooms are Big.
There was a big selection of food for breakfast that they provide for you in the morning.
The kids had fun in the pool. They also have a water slide that the kids can enjoy. They also have a hot tub there as well. I'm not sure how many people it can hold but it's a good size hot tub. There is also a smaller pool for the little ones to play in.
There is a spot out side the front door where you can sit by the gas fire pit. They have regular chairs and rocking chairs also.
You can walk across the parking lot and enjoy a really nice meal aswell.

My flight got cancelled due to a snowstorm. This place is a 1.5 miles away with a shuttle (excellent driver, be sure to tip well, he was far too humble) and OutBack steakhouse across the parking lot. That night...I couldn't have been more grateful. Wonderful place and they light a beautiful bonfire outside that was just zen. Thank you! It couldn't be a better location

My family stayed for 2 night here, very nice and clean hotel. Every staff member we spoke with were so kind and friendly! Breakfast was great - had something for everyone. And the pool was so much fun with the slide and the little splash pad area! My kids are already asking when we get to come back! Thank you so much for the great adventure, we will be back for more!

Andrew H. At the front desk was absolutely amazing. We checked in and he was super friendly and welcoming. We didn’t realize our room type was smaller than we thought and he immediately offered us a rollaway. Throughout the stay he worked on several occasions and went out of his way to be accommodating. Always a smile and a greeting. He even turned the water slide for the adult hour in the pool. Friendly staff like Andrew makes a difference, and our future stays we will always look to book here in the future. Thanks Andrew for making my family and I feel so at home!

Great experience overall!
Except the pools were freezing! I’m not sure how my kid and other children swam in it. I stayed in the hot tub lol. Breakfast was delicious!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was much smaller than it looked in the pictures online, but overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Comfortable and welcoming.

The beds at this place were comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The mattresses are good quality, and the bedding is soft and relaxing, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Moreover, the water slide at the location is also quite nice, providing an enjoyable activity for guests to enjoy. Making it an excellent option for families with kids.

This hotel was amazing. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. My daughter and I throughly enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good, I wish they would have had eggs, and more cereal choices. Staff went above and beyond. They were all friendly and it just made the experience better. Little bummed the hot tub was closed one morning, but we understood. We still had a blast in the pool. By far this was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. This made our Duluth trip. We would come back just to stay here.

Very nice and clean hotel with plenty of parking. Handicap accessible. Rooms were exceptional, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Management was polite, courteous and attentive. We would come back again, one of our best stays on this vacation trip. Easy access to all of the major highways.

Staff was incredibly friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean, all around good environment! Also, I have never been to another hotel that had as good of a complementary breakfast as here! This will be our go-to spot when we come to Duluth!
Already planning our next stay! Highly recommend!
