The place was packed and there was a long wait but the food was worth it. The chicken and waffles was excellent. I got the Nashville style which is a little spicy. The portions were humongous. Everybody raved about their choices. The server was very attentive at keeping our coffees topped off.

Food is exceptional down home diner type food!! Service needs to be a little more attentive and paying attention. But still 4.5/5 . Really should be a bigger location. Due to how popular. The bathrooms are gross... Greasy, rusty dirty mess. Needs a deep cleaning and re-model on the bathrooms.

This is my third time at this location and it’s fantastic. The service is always friendly and quick. Tonight we were at Outback Steakhouse and then decided to have a nice dessert experience. Bridgeman’s was the perfect place for a sundae and malt.

The turtle sundae was amazing - plenty of pecans and fudge. We also had a chocolate malt which was delicious and big. We could only finish 1/2 of it and took the rest to go.

There’s a nice gift shop and I bought a Bridgeman’s coffee mug. Nice and heavy. Definitely coming back! Better than DQ any day!

Holy breakfast batman! Eggs benedict and stuffed french toast were amazing. They have homemade pies and ice cream also. Cute little gift shop area even. Great place to stop for breakfast.

Awesome littler diner located here in Duluth. The food was awesome (highly recommend the wild rice cranberry bread). Service was prompt and the waitress was very kind. And the prices are very reasonable! Great spot!

The only negative thing I have to say is that this restaurant is 1000 miles from home! What a fabulous find this place was!!! Our son is in Duluth for the summer and we went to visit. The first place he wanted to take us was to Bridgeman’s. We started with the Northern poutine and oh. My. Gracious. One of the best things about I’ve ever had. We each got something different and shared- it was all delicious. The portions were generous and the prices were very affordable. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. We would love to suggest a satellite location in NC so that we can visit more often!! This place is a definite must if you are in the Duluth area!

My family and I dined here tonight for the first time and had such a lovely experience! Food was great and each staff member we interacted with was so friendly and kind!! Keep up the great work! ◡̈

Stumbled upon from Google maps looking for breakfast. Had no idea of the history of the ice cream and famous malts. Staff was courteous and helpful. Wife's cinnamon roll was absolutely delicious and huge ! I ordered the Ron Swanson omelette which was advertised as "meat, lots of meat" which was not how it was prepared but it was still delicious. Had to get halfway through the omelette to find the meat. Potatoes on end and meat on the other end instead of being evenly distributed throughout. Oh well, we are all human. We will have to stop back some day in the afternoon to try a shake/malt.

We love this place. We will be back. Staff us always amazing. Some the building I'm sure could use updates. But we hope they stay around for years to come. Wish we had a location closer to us. Best ice cream ever. Staff is great. Food is amazing. Definitely recommend to everyone we know!

We come here at least once a week because we love the food, atmosphere and all around great vibes. The staff is super friendly, the menu is variety is awesome, and of course the dessert is delicious. We especially enjoy how much the staff cares about your experience. When my regular order was taken off the menu, our favorite waitress let me know that the kitchen could still make it for me ❤ our favorites are chicken and waffles, the shakshuka breakfast bowl, the bridgemans bowl, and the ranch chicken ranch (but sub pesto sauce instead of ranch. It's amazing!)

AMAZING service always! They are always slammed with people but it doesn’t affect their service! Their employees are attentive and friendly! I have been to bridgemans for breakfast many times and for dinner and they never disappoint. Their prices are cheap and their food is delicious!

Love it! Lots of locals and amazing staff! The Skizzles are fantastic! Try the Cranberry Wild Rice bread and the homemade strawberry Jam - Yum Yum!!!

Awesome food, great service and a very inviting atmosphere. To be honest to do forget this gem is tucked back where it is, but whenever I go there I'm blown away at how amazing the staff is.

If anyone is looking for something out of the ordinary I highly recommend this spot. Great for friends to get together or families to have a wonderful meal.

P.s. get the cheese curds with a side of caramel sauce, you won't be disappointed

First time there and definitely won't be our last. Every person was beyond nice and welcoming. Food was good portions and very quick to come put even though it was pretty busy. Kiddos to this great time. We were impressed!

This is the best meatiest breakfast I have seen provided at a restaurant. I ordered a ham omelet and it was jam packed with ham and cheese. It came with the most delicious sourdough toast and a generous portion of hashbrowns. Unless you are very hungry it's literally two breakfasts for the price of one, that's how much food came on the plate. The server kept my coffee water and pop refilled st all times. I will be back to try more menut items.

Super cheap and massive portions. For breakfast food items? You're getting a lot more bang for your buck and an experience of amazing flavors. Nothing is bland.

I ordered the Swedish Pancakes. They were delicious! My family always used to go to Stockholm Inn in Rockford, IL for them, and this is the first place that the quality is matched! I would definitely recommend trying them. The restaurant was clean, cozy and stylish and my waitress was very helpful and attentive. I will definitely come back again.

Bridgeman's is an excellent breakfast stop and offers a great variety of filling selections. Despite the filled to capacity number of diners when I visited, the staff did an excellent job of taking care of everyone. My Biscuits and Gravy with hash browns was pretty good although being from the south, I find it difficult to find this dish to be better than what is available in Georgia. The chicken and waffles was well received and devoured quite easily. If you have never eaten here, you need to try it.

Not only was the food excellent but the service was the best I've had in a long time. The price? Very normal for the area. It was so good, I went the next day again.

I went here with my dad and little brother. We ate outside after a short wait which was very worth it. The food was delicious and very filling. If I lived here it would be hard not to go at every opportunity. The staff was also very nice and patient even with my stutter.
