Azteca's Mexican Grill

Delicious authentic mexican food! This was our first time here. I definitely recomend giving this place a try. We had a seafood chimichanga and shrimp enchiladas. Both were amazing. Food was super hot and came out fast. Jalapeno margaritas were the best we have ever had. Our waiter went above and beyond and was super helpful and awesome. Service was great. Restaurant was bright and colorful with your typical South of the border decor and designs.

If your looking for DELICOUS Mexican food Aztecas is the place to go! It's not only full of flavor but the portions are huge. When you arrive you get salsa bean dip and chips before you even order! Friendly staff quick service

I highly recommend coming to eat at Aztecas. I have not had anything I did not like, everything is 5 stars. Starting off the chips, salsa and bean dip is amazing. Generous portions and great flavors. A hidden gem in the shopping plaza behind ALDIs. The staff and servers are very friendly and attentive to your dining experience.

Last time I was here was about a year ago, it was not that good. Went a few days ago, and wow quite different. I had the carnitas and my wife has the chicken Fajitas. We also had a Tamal. The food was really good and they give you a good amount of food. The rice was ok needed more flavor, but the beans were the best refried beans in the area.

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant! Azteca's has the most welcoming, helpful and friendly staff in the whole Northland. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and had a choice of a booth or a table. The host brought out fresh tortilla chips, bean dip, and the tastiest salsa, on the house. I ordered a grapefruit Jarrito, an authentic soda from Mexico, which was amazing! The menu has so many choices it was hard to choose just one dish! It all sounded so good. I had the Chimichanga Fajita, I was looking for something similar to my favorite Philly Cheese Steak burrito from a different restaurant, I now have a new favorite! The Chimichanga Fajita with steak is beyond good! I really enjoyed the ambiance and the bright decor too. I highly recommend checking this place out. Most authentic restaurant in Duluth!

We ordered to pick up with specifications regarding toppings on the side etc. Everything was exactly right! Highly recommended for a grazing crew of people with differing tastes!

My wife and I go here quite often. Somehow my pictures made it onto the reviews but not on my review. Anyhow the burritos are great. I enjoy their Carne Asada, Al Pastor, and the Fish Tacos. I wish I was in my 20's when this place was around...I would have loved the huge portions. As someone who has lived in Mexico....frijoles usually are not tasty at American restaurants. This place has the goods!

We came here for lunch between 12:00-12:30 and we were seated immediately. We had our food and were out by 1:00! Prices were so much lower than most places! Food had great flavor and we were served huge portions and the service was as great as the food and prices. We had a young guy seat and serve us (I didn't catch his name) he was wonderful! What a hidden gem of a restaurant!

Great meal! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and colorful. The prices were very good and they had plenty of options for eating and drinking. Highly recommend stopping here!

On vacation with my adult kids, and we walked into this restaurant, and was pleasantly surprised. No onlw was the service quick, but the food was great. Tastes fantastic. Serving sizes for food was large. Had leftovers and a full belly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Joe was a fantastic young man....one man band! Seated us, took our orders, brought our food and drinks, and checked us out when we were done! No mistakes, and smile on his face the whole time! Best service I've had in a long time! That guy is a keeper!

Great little Mexican restaurant in Duluth. I've never been able to reach them by phone to do a call in order so that does stop me from eating there as often as I would like but when we do a work lunch myself and coworkers will typically just walk over to the restaurant.

The food here is great! And once your order is placed it's usually out fairly fast. At time I've had a long wait between getting our chips and salsa and orders being taken but I don't mind. It just give me time to have more of there great cilantro salsa! The portion sizes are health and I've never been able to finish a meal (left overs are great for a midnight snack 😂).
