This is an awesome pawnshop!!!😀 I called ahead of time to see and get a quote about something I wanted to pawn I spoke with the a guy by the name of Doug., He was great with answering all my questions assisted me with a rate that I was asking for😀I went into the shop
Shortly after speaking, and inquiring with him over the phone I arrive there also was help by a guy named Mike. Very friendly nice staff. Great service They found a new customer in me🙂

This place was a hidden gem.. Chris the associate here was so funny and helpful and positive and reminded me of Chris Farley he kinda looks like him lol thanks Chris for your help will definitely be back !!!!!

What a cool store. The people make this business worth visiting. Mike and Chris both made themselves available to help me. This place has a little bit of everything. I went in looking for a used guitar amplifier and found that this store has about 10-15 to choose from. When I walked in the door I was greeted by mike and Chris. Both happy fellas that were willing to help with a couple of items I no longer used. Upon realizing I was open to trading them in an effort to purchase an amplifier they were gracious enough to add a few dollars more making my final purchase even sweeter than it already was. They were patient and they answered every stupid question I asked. Even though they knew I had spent all my money they took even more time to show me a couple guitars they knew I couldn't afford. Almost everywhere a person goes nowadays it seems customer service is at a premium. In this place they have a surplus of it. Thank you all for showing the world great customer service and satisfaction.

Bought a used Apple watch 6 from here. Great service, good choices in products, prices very fair. Watch has no problem. Happy with my purchase. Will return again

Very nice place and honest people working there. I needed a certain dollar amount for my pawned items and they told me they could pay me a little more than that . I have never had that happen before so it was nice in a time of need they helped by added some extra cash on my items. Very fast and polite service . This was my first time in here, but I'll be back many times.

I just want to tell people that they are not a big pawn shop. I have gone to them for years for help. Yes I could get more from bigger pawn shops in the cities. Pawning you have to understand they are a middle man to sell your stuff.
When they get to know you and you repeat business they are more flexible. All the guys there are great and in my experience are fair with what they give. You can't see a price on EBay and expect to get that price paid.
If you don't come pick your items up they have to sell it. I don't use anyone else because they have helped me in some tough spots in my life. I saw some reviews on here, go pawn at other shops to see that they are competitive. Yes they are by gambling establishments but they buy what they know they can sell.

UNDERSTAND Pawn Shops do business like this. These guys are great with returning customers. It's a mom and pop establishment and they go by what the average is for the value of the item and give a lower price then what you see used on EBay because they have to sell it for the EBay Prices.

I saw the reviews and I just don't think people understand how a pawn shop works.

I love this pawn shop. Its not like other pawn shops that only care about money. All the employees that I have dealt with are awesome very friendly and willing to work with you. This is the only pawn shop I go to and have been for several years. I wish more pawn shops were like this one. The employees actually go above and beyond to help customers and that is unusaul for any other pawn shop I've been to. Love these guys!

Came into to sell some things, needed some change. Met a guy named Chris. He Just gave me good vibes when chatting, almost positive he’s 21 trapped inside a 44 year old body. Cool and reasonable people check it out.

All three employees I dealt with had great customer service. I bought a laptop that we found out we had to take back the next day to get re-restored due to a password situation. They were quick and helpful and now my computer is working perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

The guys that work there are wonderful awesome and funny. You give them respect and patience and you will get it back. They do the very best for me every time I go in there by helping me out anyway that they are able to. I am very grateful for them because they have bailed me out of so many situations and I did not even have to lose a thing. If you're looking for great customer service and a bang for your buck please stop there

Every time I go in here they are great to me. All the employees treat you with respect and are helpful. Today I went in to pick up an item that I pawned that they made a whooping 14$ on and yet when I asked them if they would go online and print a coupon for the oil change place I was heading to next, no hesitation and searched online then printed for me. These little things really matter. Best pawn shop in the area

I am only a shopper. I have never pawned anything or sold anything. But for purchases this place is great and the staff is some of the coolest most down to earth guys that are always friendly and fun to be around.
